posted a message on Cards were out of order in the packs in my box of Ikoria?
I may be wrong but they were probably printed in Japan (they put the cards in that order). Battlebond, Modern Horizons, ultimate masters + some amount of English and non english cards are now printed in japan and they order the cards like this.

You can compare old cards with those new cards, if they have diferent textures, etc then they are probably cards printed in Japan.

In 2016 Wizards of the Coast developed an additional Magic stock for the Japanese market. This stock is unique in that it has a different multi-ply construction, which retains all of the technical playing card board characteristics but combines them with added dimensional stability. Some recycled content is added to the certified pulp for this board.[1] Although originally exclusive to Japan, this cardboard was also used for the regular Battlebond and Ultimate Masters releases. This type may be recognized by an additional stiffness, and the way that the cards will fluoresce under UV light.

posted a message on DnD- Mythic Odysseys of Theros
Hope they do a Miniature set for Theros especialy because they aparently did grid maps for the temples/shrines. I would really apreciate some greek themed heroes minis and some odd stuff like maybe Arasta oteW, hydras, elemental giants and cyclops. (then i would have fun with the ddm guild stats cards as well)

posted a message on 2020 Challenger Deck Decklists
Well the red deck is nice cause even if it is for a archetype that is not played much anymore the deck has lots of cards that can be played in a wide of red decks in standard. Fires is the only other deck i think they nailed it but the lack of at least 1 Teferi, Time Raveler is weird if you think they would not consider the values of cards they put in those... I mean, teferi sees play in almost all fires of invention lists that have white and blue, yet we have 4 narset and Kasmina in the main deck (i mean they are mostly sideboard card, with maybe 2 of them in main).

The inclusion of UG flash and BG adventures is nice but kinda sad (at least BG adventures can become a thing again after the rotation).

I wonder the data they use for those decks and wonder about the future-future league, making a UG deck with mostly close to rotation cards and not having at least 1 Nissa, Who Shakes the World or Hydroid Krasis or Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath in the deck as bait for other archetypes or just another win con is very lackluster. Yes i know they had a UG ramp in the Japanese exclusive challenger deck... But guess what? Imo UG ramp is not only a good deck but probably a better archetype than UG flash and yeah, after rotation UG flash is no more while UG ramp probably survives.

But Whatever i can't except much from wizards about what decks are better for standard, i mean, they printed Nissa, Who Shakes the World, Hydroid Krasis, Uro, titan of nature's wrath, Oko, Thief of crowns, Veil of Summer, brazen borrower and others in the same standard... they even make the surprized picachu's face when players complain about broken cards that they knew was broken from development lol XD

Ahh... Wizards pushing sales of product with lands is getting bad. It used to be once every few years, now it's multiple times a year. Enough already.

You mean when they put them in unsets?

I think he mean "on any product" cause full art lands were a big factor on the huge sales from Unglued, Unhinged, Zendikar(original) and Worldwake, Battle for Zendikar and Oath, etc (from a casual stand point(people that buy 10 boosters each set, more or less)) Now, since Battle for zendikar we had them in Amonkhet and hour, Unstable, the judge ones and other promos, Snow fullart, Nyx fullart. Maybe he is in a fatigue for fullart lands.

Fullart lands are always welcome but ye they are really pushing theirs sales with fullart lands now (Theros collector's boosters and normal boosters, this, etc )

Also, just for people to be aware: Every pack with the 5 30 cards decks comes with 5 fullart foil (1 for each basic land) and 5 non foil fullart (1 for each type) the lands inside the decks looks to be normal lands.

Omg they staxing planeswalker abiltites now

I love this I’m wondering why this wasn’t in war of the spark

    There's no Eidolons in Ravnica.

    COfCof

    https://scryfall.com/search?as=grid&order=name&q=eidolon (block:grn OR block:rtr OR block:rav)

They probably placed it here as a safe counter against superfriends in standard probably. If they had it in war it would warp limited too much and probably make drafting walkers or playing superfriends in sealed way less fun.
