This feels like them just trying to push UG away from what it currently is. And they're doing a bad job.
Goddamn, it's a Phyrexian version of Ezuri, how do you **** that up so badly.
And what UG is currently about, according to you?
Prophet of Kruphix, untapping, Deadeye Navigator, and generally being the most un-fun person at the table.
Problem is, this doesn't make me want to play UG in any sort of different way. This looks completely uninteresting in my opinion. At best, in the 99 for Edric.

I would like to see the uncommon cycle follow a path of protect my creature, get rid of your creature. so, something such as the following:
green: target creature gains hexproof OR insert FIGHT phrasing here
red: target creature gains +3/0 and first strike OR deal 3 damage to target creature
black: regenerate target black creature OR destroy target non-black creature
blue: return up to two attacking creatures to their owners hand OR target creature can not be blocked until end of turn
as for the rare stuff, I really like the your idea for the white rare: lifelink, or phase out the team until the endstep. As for the blue one time walk or opportunity, six cmc and instant would be fun.
i havent been doing well against big zoo, but i think you have to really get used to your meta, if you are against GR zoo i dont know what to tell you... but small zoo needs to be dealt with by blood moon and some 3 damage sweepers. I have to use anger of the gods, but only because there is also a large amount of pod in the area.
note- this will not be competitive.
