Sarkhan was an agent of Bolas for a time, and met Jace and Chandra while doing so, and was aware of Liliana (he tailed her for Bolas) and Tezz (saw him being reanimated by Bolas).
Bolas has met Jace and Lili before on more than one occassion. Lili worked for Bolas to recover the Infinite Consortium.
Dack and Ashiok are at least somewhat aware of one another. Don't remember specifics because it has been a long time since I read the comics.
Saheeli is one of the most celebrated inventors on the plane, and Dovin is in charge of the Inventor's Fair. They definitely know each other in some capacity.
Tibalt and Sorin fought at some point.
Sorin met Dack and took the Ancient Fang from him.
Elspeth and Sarkhan fought briefly shortly after the Conflux.
Sarkhan and Ajani met and were at the time on friendly terms. Sarkhan spared Ajani from being eaten by Karrthus because he recognized him as a Planeswalker and wished to talk with another one.
As mentioned elsewhere, Gideon was a champion for Heliod at one point.
Who said he did it fast? For all we know, he could've been visiting Kaladesh since he became a Planeswalker, slowly building up his reputation over the course of three or four decades.
Quite probably if the Consortium had a Kaladesh station.
Nissa go to Zendikar with Nahiri to rebuild the plane and ensure that the girl does not become crazy again.
Nahiri bailed from Innistrad as soon as she defeated Sorin. She never met anyone from the Gatewatch and still has no idea that Zendikar has been saved.
-Heavy tech. make more wreid Zombies then Liliana keep in INS and pair Thalia make the new Balance of the plane.
I don't see this. She just joined; we need to see what her interacting with the other characters is like.
-Since the last editions were darker and desolate, it would be best to make a more "funny" history and for this Gideon-Chandra can get a "Slayers couple" Wanabbe which would lead to more funny situations.
Funny? Gideon and Chandra's relationship has never been particularly funny, and even then, Magic's humor rarely comes from this kind of source.
I am 110% certain that the sequel to Tarkir will feature the clans recovering their 3 color roots and fighting against the dragon overlords.
The text and stories of dragons routinely hint at the clans maintaining traces of their heritage in secret, and there is no point in Wizards naming the colors combos if they were about to be permanently undone by dragons. Half the point of naming a color combo is to have something to call the combo in discussion.

Most of the cast is between 20-35. Imagine that.
Tezz is the oldest of the non-immortal characters, he's in his 40s. Arlinn might be as well, but they haven't said anything.
Bolas is over 25,000.
Sorin is about 6,000; and he met Nahiri and Ugin about 1,000 years after his spark ignited. SO they're at least 5,000.
Liliana is about 200, Karn is about 400.
Probably shows up and impresses people with something from Phyrexia or showing off Etherium.
Aether isn't intrinsically blue; it's unrefined magic. It's every color; or more probably, no color.
Blue gets more of it because it's better at understanding how magic works than other colors.
I wonder how far out they planned the 'Bolas Egypt world' thing.

"and he has since begun a new mission for the dragon, carefully laying out his plans from a new corner of the Multiverse. . . ."
He can certainly be killed, but not by old age.

That idea came much later after Innistrad had come out and was a huge success.
Then creative team member Adam Lee (he works on D&D now) suggested Emrakul showing up and making Innistrad a body horror story at a wotc seminar where anyone from the company could pitch ideas for new stories, products and designs.

Maro specifies the idea solidifed when they switched to the 2 set block model, as a way of giving each of the titans their own set.

Complaining about wotc trying to solve a problem, and instead of forcing an inelegant solution letting it go.
How dare they not knowingly print substandard cards?!

Also! If you stick the counters on the mandland, and then activate the mandland ability, it stacks with the counters!
