Wild Nacatl is my current Naya card, but no one ever seems to play gruul or Naya aggro. Maybe I'll test this...
Looking at your list, there are no other aggressive 1 drops in green. Given that cube aggro decks lean pretty heavily on 1 mana creatures, it's not entirely surprising that no one drafts it.
Seems cool. Not sure If I have a spot for this though. My gut wants to try this in place of Manic Vandal. At the same time, having two of these affects would probably be useful, but cut's are so difficult these days.
Both get grabbed by both recruiters, so I think it depends on the colored artifacts you're playing.
Vandal already can't hit sphinx of the steel wind or inkwell leviathan, so the cards you hit with vandal but miss with the goblin are
Spear of Heliod
Shardless Agent
Baleful Strix
Which isn't a huge trade off when you get to hit Karn, Ugin, new Emrakul as well as reality smasher/thought-knot.
Were I to add another creature, it would probably be Cloudgoat Ranger as I have a lot of support for token strategies, and it's really good with cards like Crystal Shard, Kor Skyfisher, and anything that blinks.
I still run Smash at 540 unpowered, and as my cube's resident aggro drafter, I find it to be a huge beating when on curve. Blowing up their Spellskite or Grim Monolith on turn 2 is a great way to overcome being on the draw.
I worked in a shop that fabricated and installed granite and marble countertops, operating a 3-axis CNC machine. In my three years there, I broke a countertop in almost every way that you can. Misprogramming a tool so that it dug out a sink in the wrong place, bumping a finished piece while it was on a cart, dropping a finished top. It was not the best place for me to work, in retrospect.
Which card do you guys prefer? Soltari Champion or Spear of Heliod? I imagine Champion would probably see more play in aggro decks given its easy 1 white casting cost.
Spear. Champion is yet another card that will die with the next mass removal spell. It also has zero defensive value, and I've found pumping blockers to be a big part of Spear's power.
This. It's Spear and it's not close. Has lots of value in token and Superfriends strategies.
The "Destroy target creature that dealt damage to you this turn." is great for this too.

Ghired seems fine, nothing remarkable.
I run a 540 unpowered cube, and Saheeli is great even without Moxen.
Cataclysm and Hour of Devastation are probably your best bets.
Risk Factor
2R - Instant
Target opponent may have Risk Factor deal 4 damage to them. If that player doesn't, you draw three cards.
Jump-start (You may cast this card from your graveyard by discarding a card in addition to paying its other costs. Then exile this card.)

Does Browbeat sound better to you as an instant with pseudo-flashback?
I could see this being okay in red aggro, where you want to discard lands anyway, but...browbeat is still bad.

I'm going to test this for sure.
Archangel Avacyn
Angel of Invention
Reveillark
Thalia's Lancers
Non-creatures:
Gideon Jura
Fumigate

The back side of Garruk Relentless can be really good too, and getting there implies that you at least have a board.
Emissary of Grudges -> ?
Night Incarnate -> ?
Ancient Stone Idol -> ?
Retrofitter Foundry -> ?

There's other stuff in Green that can go, so we'll see.
