The Wanderer randomly having a reference card in this set is actually kinda brilliant considering what her whole gimmick is. I hope we continue to have her randomly show up for no reason from time to time.

You know as a The Ur-Dragon main in EDH I found this set to be a massive disappointment. I mean we have a big monsters set that ties into EDH precons yet it only introduces a single dragon that actually isn't a big monster. If not dragon creatures I would hope that perhaps it would introduce something useful because it's been so long since anything useful for the deck was relea-*Notices the land types*
MTG plot has always been stupid. The "good" stories are the stupid ones that are also hilarious, like Emrakul making everyone turn her name into a pronoun and getting so fed up with the gatewatch that she gets herself sealed in the moon and away from those idiots. Or the one where Sarkhan makes Tarkir even worse and makes his own existence impossible while he casually exists.
This...this gives me the idea to make a seemingly awful mono black deck that uses a bunch of terrible old cards that no one in the right mind will ever target like the Onyx Talisman but then blam go infinite with Nyx Lotus and Brush with Death.
The table is never going to let either Ulamog live to see an attack step so I prefer Ceaseless Hunger entirely for its cast trigger. I hate Eldrazi and people that run them so I don't have much experience with either though.
I'd say the biggest case of Command Zone people playing weirdly to try to achieve a certain outcome was that one game where Melissa DeTora was playing the enchantress deck and The Professor was playing without any of his sanity whatsoever. It was really obvious the aim of that game was "Let's have an episode where we teach a serious pro player about the wonders of politics" first and foremost.

This changes everything...
This card though, stupid good is more like it.
I mean yeah at the end of the day it IS a show.
