I appreciate the feedback but TBH the main reason I wanted to create this deck was to have all 5 of the Praetor cards included into one almighty edh deck and I scratched my head around on how to make it work but to no avail. In the end this was what I could come with. What changes should be made because I really want to have all the praetors in it since that was my main goal to begin with before everything else fell in.
Hey Everyone it's been awhile since I posted here so figured I throw up an EDH idea my buddy and I were discussing. We wanted to create a 5 color edh deck and have it to be deadly and with the cards in my collection this is what we came up what. It has a re-animator feel to it but also a cutthroat feel to it I believe. I want it geared towards Multiplayer and it seems like it is but it still feels like something is missing but I can't quite pinpoint it. Any suggestions to to improve it would be greatly appreciated. I've had a Snake warrior Tribal deck made of kamigawa cards for awhile now but would like to make it a lot better since I know it can be I'm even willing to mix things up and go snakes, and snake warriors in order to make it go forward. Right now the current build is made directly for two-headed giant format but I would like it to make it directly a modern Snake tribal deck that would be modern tournament worthy. Any advice on how to beef up these scalie warriors and their bretheren would be greatly appreciated. Here's the current layout I have:
I looked around a bit more and decided to completely revamp the Maralen deck a bit and got this combining ideas suggested from others, some other source ideas and my own cards. What do you guys think of this build compared to the original, does it seem test ready or should I still mod it a bit more?
After doing some searching around and working with all the ideas that were posted for this I finally got a basic outline for the deck, it's not anywhere close to the final version, but any extra advice to help tune it to make it better would be greatly appreciated. In the long run I want this deck to be fun but competitive at the same time, but I'm at a slump on where to go from here as what to remove or add before I even try to play test it.
I see what you all mean regarding Nightmare, so that creature is off the block for sure. I like the deck using Timbermare, Thundermare, and Spitemare for sure since i'd have access to mana ramp, burn spells and I could splash a bit of white in it for a few cards if needed, but i'm having second thoughts about Wispmare though it doesn't seem like it's really a must but it's evoke ability could prove handy in a tight spot I think. Also seems that this deck could be taken modern too and here I was just hoping to create a sweet mare elemental deck but I think it has potential.
I'm thinking a :symr:, mare deck with a splash of but I can do without if need be. What type of cards should I be looking for in order to support these mare cards, and build around them? Are their certain sets I should look at that focus on the whole elemental thing?

I created a Scarecrow tribal deck just looking for some input on how to improve it. The idea of it to get the king out many ways and to utilize his effect and have all the cards link to each other and have good synergy. I have ways to reanimate cards so the Reaper king can use it's effect all thanks to Scarecrone, I also have Urza's incubator to help getting my smaller scarecrows out to help stall a bit and use them as fotter for the king. It's worked great for the few play tests I've done with it but I wouldn't mind a faster way to get my creatures out faster or to do a little bit of stalling so I can find a way to get the king out quicker so he can be with his Scarecrow entourage.
After sifting through what I got this is the basic idea I was able to throw together. Everything seems to work well with this. I know [I]'m over 60 cards but as it currently sits I'm not sure what I could remove to narrow it down and I'm sure improvements could be made to it.
Hey everyone I had an idea on creating a modern mono blue merfolk deck but for something different from the typical merfolk layout, I wanted to base it around two of my favorite merfolk creatures Wake Thrasher and Grimoire Thief as two of the key cards in this deck. I've been rummaging through a lot of my merfolk and blue spells and see a lot of ways I can try and take this. Before I finalize a layout I was looking to see what suggestions can be made to help make this idea come together, if there was a way I wanted to still keep this aggro if possible as well. I look forward to seeing the ideas that get added here
The current outline is just a rough beginning I really would like to stick with the b/w combo I got going but Stranglehold would prove a good addition but I don't know what path I would take regarding the red. With white I already have a somewhat good idea where to go, though i know i have to find a way to keep Maralen alive since she is the key factor of this deck I combo'd her with the Aven Mindcensor to limit her effect with my opponent so they can only search the top 4 cards of their deck while I have free roam to search my deck for whatever I need. There must be more I can do to improve the deck and I'm open to any suggestions that can be thrown out that can make this deck work even better than what it is, [I] just have a feeling that it can be made awesome i just need to tweak it a lot.

Thanks for the input, they seem to fit well into theme but I wouldn't mind tossing in the "Sexy and dangerous" as well just to mix it up a bit since it kiind of fits in as well.
Hey Everyone as the thread states I wanna create an all female deck with all female creatures, and the instants and sorcery's etc I'd prefer to have art having something to do with females in the art at least. I'm at a loss of where to begin except all I currently know is I want this deck to be a "Beautiful but deadly" Theme to it. I'm looking to have it be no more than a three color 60 card deck. If anyone can help with this process it would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to seeing the ideas that are thrown out there.
