When they print new cards I always check if any of them improve our bad match ups. Currently I am not impressed with the new prints. Newlamog seems solid versus scapeshift. Rest of the cards just seem like big beaters that do not really improve our bad match ups and give opponents main board removal targets.
Feed the Clan sees play against Burn in modern, simply because it's more or less card advantage against that deck - you spend one card that forces them to spend three-four cards.
They always have the Skullcrack, but forcing it at their end step or in response to something really goes a long way. I think it being in instant is critical.
Yes. If Feed the Clan was sorcery speed, it would be unplayable. Currently I run 3 copies on my GR-tron sideboard.
Do not really understand the hate towards the Bloom Titan deck. It really is not that popular in meta game right now and
is really easy to hate out with sideboard(Blood Moon, Path to Exile, any land disruption..).
But about the "should be banned list".. I think most of the cards mentioned above do not need banning.
Played against Twinning End tonight. Got blown out 0-2. I don't have GY hate maindeck so G1 he got a Fulminator off, cascaded into Living End, put Splinter Twin on the Fulminator. G2 double Fulminator, I dropped a Ghostly Prison which then got Beast Within'd and he had a Twin in hand to slap on an Exarch already on board. I feel really bad about this matchup after having played it. Then again, I also think I misplayed a bit in our match and wasted my Paths on the wrong cards.
Out of curiosity, what do you run instead of 3-4 relic of progenitus on your main deck? Also Splinter Twin + Fulminator sounds really painful to go against as a G/R tron.
Seeing Fulminator Mage as a mythic as a Tron player pleases me. I do like these spoilers so far though. Considering buying a box for 220 euros..
where did we get confirmation of fulminator mage as a mythic? the source just said it was in but it wasn't in his list of mythics\
I'm hoping it gets bumped down to uncommon, because there's no reason why it should be a $40 card
Based on that. Then again the source MIGHT be wrong as you said. But the point being I based my comment on the current information.
I guess you read the source wrong then. The source says Mage is in the set, but says nothing about its rarity.
Then we just gotta wait and see how the things are when set is released.
But the mage being a mythic would not even surprise me as we all know, wizards likes $$.

Nahiri, the Lithomancer:
Tokens are nice but unless you build around her, she will be really underwhelming.
Also you cannot ultimate her even with Doubling Season already on board.
Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury:
Again, tokens are nice and the ramp is decent. Also her -2 is nice to have. Then again Aura Shards does the same. Her ultimate is not that impressive
unless you build around it. My own EDH deck has barely any creatures so she felt underwhelming.'
Daretti, Scrap Savant:
I like the looting and his mana cost is good. Requires artifacts to be effective. Same with Tezzeret.
Cards I think you should consider adding:
Karn Liberated:
While a huge threat magnet, the -3 is really nice and removes annoying and dangerous cards from play.
Jace, Architect of Thought:
His +1 is boring but with right cards on play, it is really effective. He also has card draw and his ultimate with Doubling Season can win you the game.
Garruk, Apex Predator:
All of his abilities are amazing and the high cost is not a problem on EDH.

Well you want to miracle it in G/R tron, as double white is harsh. If you are playing G/W tron you could run it.

Also that new coronet art looks decent!

When overloaded it is really scary.
Time to buy a playset!
