I understand that i didn't specify on what comments were accepted but I would appreciate comments related to my deck as in improvements and what you like and dislike about my deck.
I forgot how to add the writing at the bottom so this will have to do. So I would like any comments or suggestions on this deck. It can win by turn 5 because it requires to attack twice but besides that, it puts a 15/15 creature out by turn three or even two 15/15's by turn three. It is consistent on turn 3 but every 5 or 6 games it doesn't do anything till turn 5 or 7 so again any ideas?
Yeah I think mono blue is best but the intention is for the opponent to be the only player casting the chosen card there is not a card that i can think of that does this and it would be a great card for all players to wrap their devious ideas around for instance:

If you use a card like Krosan Wayfarer or Sakura-Tribe Scout to play cards like Simic Growth Chamber Does the land still come in tapped and do you have to return a land as well?
Well this deck is only going to be for casual and some FNM but never a big event. My decks don't ever do much so i dont think i will attend any of those any time soon.
I understand that draw is a big helper in any deck but the one cost (basically proliferate) helps when short on mana. Sometimes during play testing I will only have two to three mana on the board till turn 4.
