Being a creature gives it some interactions, but being exiled means the effect isn't repeatable (main difference over Magus of the Wheel) and the activation cost isn't cheaper than the normal rate for that effect. So ultimately it's just slower and more vulnerable since the opponent can see it coming from a mile away sans haste. Aaand black's 3 CMC slot for creatures is already fairly stacked.
I want to try it out because it's sweet and adds variety but it may come up just a tad short.
Yawgmoth's Will also exiles itself after it resolves, so it's not like there's any downside to the ability in comparison to the OG Will.
I think this is better than Will for cube since Magus is more pro-active and doesn't sit in your hand doing nothing until mid-late game. This also has the benefit of being activated at instant speed, which is nice with removal. Imagine a scenario where your opponent plays Inferno Titan, targeting Magus. In response, I can cast Snuff Out from my hand targeting Titan, activate Magus, re-cast Snuff Out (for free!) taking out another one of their creatures. Next turn, Necromancy their Inferno Titan.
Looking over my cube, I still have 2-3 loose spots in black, so I definitely have room to test this card. Very happy about this because Yawgmoth's Will is one of my favorite cards and I wanted it to work in cube but it always fell short.
Here's my flowchart on any scenario where I would decide to run the card.
Do you run Disk?
NO? Probably shouldn't run this card.
YES? Maybe run this card in addition to it, not as a replacement.
Do you run Oblivion Stone / Perilous Vault?
NO? Maybe run this card if you need another colorless sweeper since this is probably better than the other two.
YES? This card can definitely take the place of any of the two or can be run in addition to them.
Wow, I totally theory crafted this card in my head yesterday, no joke.
I like this card and may find room just to test it. Not sure if it will last, but I do believe that this is better than OG Will since being a creature makes it much more versatile.
I like this more than O-Stone but not as much as Disk. Nev's Disk is great in superfriends so it's harder to abuse the symmetry. I've actually wanted a non-crappy coin flip card in my cube and this is by far the best candidate. Unfortunately, I cut disk in my last update since I added Fumigate / Subterranean Tremors, so I currently don't have room for this. Great option though!

Great for multiplayer cubes / modules, unplayable outside of that. While we're on that subject, those with Conspiracy modules: do you play 1v1 or multiplayer when you bust that out?
So over half of the new cards have been spoiled and uhh, yeah.... This set isn't the greatest win for non-EDH cube managers. Last year we didn't get too many solid playables, but we did get some high caliber cards in the form of Mystic and Fiery Confluence.
Nothing seems like a solid inclusion so far for me, hopefully the last two days will unearth something good. At least we got some decent reprints?
Interesting card. Stacked slot aside, getting your opponent's ETB triggers can be big game and this works well with Reveillark / Recruiters. I'm still running Clever Impersonator but I can see myself possibly testing this in that spot.
I'm not sure this would make my top 10 Orzhov cards, so I can't imagine having a cube big enough to run this. However, I'm looking forward to rocking it in my Karador, Ghost Chieftain EDH deck.
Cheers,

As a fellow Karador player, I'm not too interested in this card, but that's probably because I run the infinite combo version. I also like Meren of Clan Nel Toth more, but I can see playing one / both in more fair versions of the deck.
Not bad, but not great, especially for a multicolored 5-drop. Very reminiscent of Meren of Clan Nel Toth, but EOYT trigger is much better than beginning of your upkeep. Most of white's 5-drops are just better than this, not even sure if I'd play this as a mono black card.
Nice for larger cubes, especially since it has synergy with Reveilark / Alesha / Recruiters, but Orzhov's topshelf cards run very deep.
Yawgmoth's Will also exiles itself after it resolves, so it's not like there's any downside to the ability in comparison to the OG Will.
Can't wait to double Fireblast some fools again.
