Yea I dont think this card is right for twin. If you are worried about them interacting I would much rather use 3 mana on clique and get the card out of hand the go off
Currently looking for cards to get an edge against Birthing Pod decks.
Things have gone awry since the addition of 4+ toughness creatures like Siege Rhino in the lists.
Here's my current sideboard

2 Ancient Grudge
1 Combust
1 Negate
1 Spellskite
2 Anger of the Gods

1 Staticaster

My sideboard is okay I guess but still, looking for ideas.

@Ym1r why cracking doom over say tribute to hunger or devour flesh... is it because you can cast it into a field with more than just thrun
The chalice game does need to be all in I.e. 4 copies and 4 simian spirit guide and that's kinda a different deck...Boris prison...with kiki resto combo and main deck bloodmoon

Yes it is 4 exarch because of my meta being heavy burn and delver. Some decks are playing gut shot to interact with ascension's mana dorks early as well.
The cruise/YP goes with a game one plan where you can conceal the combo and be looking like you are u/r delver.
This can causes people to side like I'm playing u/r delver.
This list lets me twin when I get it and get pushy or stall with everything else in the mean time. This again is a meta thing because of the high burn and delver in my meta. Game 2 YP buys me time to land batterskull.
20 lands are great with 4 serum and 4 probe.
so i noticed going back into October that this style of twin was mentioned but not discussed further since the majority of posts have been about RUG.
I retooled the original list's fetches from 4 scalding tarn 1 arid mesa 2 misty rainforest to fit my available fetches. That change necessitated a stomping ground to become a breeding pool.

ok first: pod match up
i play gut shot in my board.... kill the mana dorks to off put the curve
i play thoughtseize in my board...strip the pod from the hand
respond to pod activation from a 3 drop by using your ravager (if it is not already a 4/4 because once they go...linvala is out on the board and you can not respond
main deck game one
if you know its pod: mull for a plate and go pierce mode
if you dont know: you will know when a turn one mana dork hits play. if you have a blast kill it. otherwise drop down some serious pressure and force them to tutor responses not combo pieces
second: nature's claim lol didn't realize eidelon was an enchantment creature. so happy about that.
third: junk is an easy match up. they have threats but you can explode at liliana with a rav or plate. yea they have lingers/and the g/w manland to block you...i just get pushy and force them to use them up and then explode at the life total after
forth:living end...they board in leyline. you keep your ravs and when they go to wrath you you respond with nature's claim. or you side into rule of law lol. rule of law slows infect down since they cant one shot you any more
should i keep the pyro at 2 or do a 1/1 split

Id say drop titans add 1 combust and 1 magma
decks that dont play countermagic still play remand because of the tempo/card advantage
