My list. Ignore the fetches, they're based on what I own.
Card Choices:
Inquisition is the best discard spell- better than Hymn because of the color cost, and better than Thoughtseize because it hits everything in combo you need to (Show and Tell, LED, Infernal Tutor, Glimpse of Nature, everything relevant in belcher)
I prefer Goblin Guide to Monestary Swiftspear, mainly because I prefer to play a little more conservatively.
Chain lightning over forked bolt because I already have Lavamancer, so I can afford to play more burn and less removal.
Rakdos Charm hits everything we need besides stuff that needs to be discarded.
Baleful Strix is goyf removal, as well as Diabolic Edict.
Planar Void is RiP in black. Why ain't this played more often?
1 Smash is always good in a red deck.
The first question is what direction you want to take the deck in? You got a few options.
Sac/Combo - This can be a bit pricey to get working consistently though, but it is the most similar to my own build.
Tokens - Prossh is great at tokens, but a few of the staples for this build are quite pricey, but I think a budget version is possible.
Sac/Big Attack - This focuses more on abusing tokens for powering up Prossh, probably pretty cheap to build.
Dragon Tribal - If you want to have fun!
Do note that most of the cost of a three color deck is the mana base, the good news is that the mana base with the pre-con at least works, though they tend to be slow. Still there are must have cards, Purpohros, God of the Forge and Craterhoof Behemoth being two you should get up regardless of what you want to do with the deck.
I would definitely love to build either Dragon Tribal or Sac/Big Attack. I love saccing all my tokens with fecundity and thens winging with prossh. Can I maybe get a list and than tweak it?
This deck isn't good. BBD basically just doesn't like entreat the angels so hes trying to make the deck work with worse cards.
To play UW stoneblade you have to have a good reason to NOT be splashing a color. Mishra's Factory and easily being able to make UU and WW by turn 4 are basically the only upsides. I am not sure that is enough. If you are looking for cheaper stoneblade, the UWb build that I play, and think is the best, is actually repetitively cheap since it utilizes Back to Basics and only runs 4 non-basics:
Scrubland or the 2nd tundra could probably be cut with little downside too. They often are bad when you draw them. The SB, 4 ponders and exact numbers of the 2-3 of's change from time to time.

It's faster than UB, but it's a lot less consistent.

Brainstorm is obviously better, but I might not have enough shuffle effects to keep myself from getting Brainstorm-locked. Thoughts?
Or you could play commander.

i count 13 nonbasics
Mods, is it okay if a primer is made for this in the developing section?
