anyways, this is resized as a normal magic card size, and is ready for the printer... you should be able to press print on your photo viewer and voila, a cool new look to a beloved counter spell tha you can show your friends at FMN! if the size is either too big of too small, i can teach you how to re-size it, just drop me a pm.
Put them on the field and use their ability to make it bigger. In a gruul deck you should be able to bloodrush creatures to get some combat tricks one turn, then use mana to get a counter the next turn. I would only play 2, maybe 3, but not 4 as you might run into the problem of having multiple on the field and not have enough creatures to make them all big.
Thanks for the help, and I think your right! 2 or 3 of them is nice, but not 4! I won't have enough creatures in the graveyards in order to make him big! And your right about the blood rush thing, blood rush one turn and then scavenge the blood rush the next turn ECO friendly magic! DONT WASTE CREATURES scavenging ooze them!
Thanks again hopfully my newest bump will attract more opinions on this subject! I would like to here more advice!
i have a midrange gruul deck that isnt finished yet (5th prototype lol)
im wodering if scavenging ooze is a good addition to my creatures?? i have 3 scavenging ooze cards... one of them is is foil too!!! so im just trying to make a deck that has room to play these expensive cards.... whats the point of having a 35 dollar card when your not playing it
so ya, whats the best strategy for playing scavenging ooze ???
i will post my gruul deck list soon!! its super fun!!
I think maybe his confusion stems from the "and/or" part of the first ability of Xenagos, the Reveler. It doesn't mean you can get one red AND one green mana from each creature, the wording is intended to let you get a combination of red and green mana. So if you have four creatures when you activate this ability, you could add any of these combinations of mana:
RRRR RRRG RRGG RGGG GGGG
Bingo! Haha, thanks for understanding what I meant... And yes, I never stated it in the original post, but yes, I was confused about the and/or in the plus 1... I think I'm good now thanks!
Hey, I'm new to the forum and new to the game magic, I've been playing the game for 2 months now! It's super fun
But anyways I'm just looking for an explanation on the planeswalker "xenagos, the reveler" and what his plus one actually does? I know it says, "add any combination of red and/or green to your mana pool, where X is the number of creatures you control"
So does this mean if I control 1 creature I have the choice to add 2 mana to my pool, of chosen color?? I don't know... I'm sure I'm making this more difficult than it has to be
