    This is the main problem I have about this card. Just who on earth was this card designed for?!?

    1) Spikes are definitely off the list. This card is trash.
    2) Timmies wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole.
    3) What about EDH? The WUBRG color identity on this thing makes it only able to go in 5c decks.
    4) Kitchen table players? They're going to see this card as too much of a hassle to gather WUBRG for.
    5) Trap for new players? Nope, it's not remotely enticing to pick this card at all, aside from it being rare.
    6) Johnny players? Perhaps, but this card feels incredibly underwhelming to jump through hoops to achieve. At least with Search the City, like Ankoria said, it had an interesting condition to pull off. This is just trying to get WUBRG to.... tap 5 creatures down. For a single turn. Oh, and to SCRY 3!!! Amazing. Maybe you could run it with proliferate and tap ONE MORE creature down!!

    The ONLY feasible reason that this card was created was possibly to teach newer players that always picking the rare card may turn out to be a bad choice, which is a REALLY terrible justification.

    Slivers are definitely a strong tribe, but the one thing you should consider first is the manabase. How is your manabase going to look like? Do you have Shocks, Checks, Painlands?

    Transmute is always good to have in combo decks as they pretty much act as a tutor for your pieces. Aside from Tolaria West, Muddle the Mixture also stands out as a popular transmute while also being a very playable card by itself, which cannot be said for most other transmutes...

    If you are keeping the decks as-is (without changes), then the C14 would be a better choice. I feel that the C13 decks were more of a starting point for players to branch off and build their own decks for either of the three commanders included, than being a coherent deck on its own.

    People aren't complaining about Narset being a griefing card. They're complaining about Narset being a very fast one piece combo card.

    Personally I've been on the fence for Narset, but with the recent printing of Arcane Lighthouse I'd say that shes fine as it is. Narset decks are also mainly one trick ponies, and usually fold very easily to a Spell Crumple or Hinder.

    You have a few cards under Lands that should not be there, heh.

    I think that Mana Clash does too little in EDH to actually consider. Also not a very big fan of Bogardan Hellkite, although I've never tried it with Jhoira... maybe it'll be more efficient there.

    Few suggestions:
    Hive Mind: Great chaos card, I've always wanted to play Eternal Dominion along with it.
    Knowledge Pool: Also another chaotic card.

    This. It's one thing when Timmies are complaining about removal of their favorite fatty, but if you're playing T2 Rhystic and T3 Con Sphinx you better be ready for ALL the removal.

    Everyone here has listed enough reasons as to why the current points system isn't very accommodating, so why not, y'know, talk to the TO about it? If the TO is stubbornly sticking to the point system, then talk to the players. If even the players are supportive of the points system, well then do what you want I guess.

    I have no feelings for and against the banning of Protean Hulk. However, theres quite a bit of comparison of it and Tooth and Nail. The fact that Protean Hulk is a creature makes it much much easier cheat into play than Tooth and Nail. There are a lot of ways to dump Protean Hulk into the GY in turn 1/2 and reanimate from there.

    However, I cant really think up much combos that dont require 4 colors and above.

    Overall, I am fine with letting Protean Hulk be tested for unbanning.

    Ah, I was still editing my post when you replied, heh.

    I'm not really a fan of Norn's Annex, as it's expensive mana/life-wise, and its easier to pay the 2 life than to pay 2. You have no planeswalkers to protect as well.

    If price isn't an issue (seeing you have Avacyn, etc.), Tezzeret the Seeker, Sol Ring, Thran Dynamo, Academy Ruins, are pretty good artifact and ramp cards.

    Hmm, I see that along with your artifact theme and Oloro's lifegain theme, you also have some unblockable creatures, possibly for Cranial Plating?

    Okay, first off, you have 103 cards in your deck, so cuts are definitely needed. I would cut

    Grindclock, as mill isn't your wincon, and is much too slow, even with Energy Chamber.
    Sleeper Agent, she doesn't appear to have any synergy with your other cards.
    Consume Spirit, as you are in 3 colors and getting a lot of B is rather difficult until you land Urborg.
    Clockwork Dragon feels plain, and doesnt have much synergy.
    Cruel Sadist seems too slow, even with Energy Chamber. With that I'd probably cut Energy Chamber as well.
    Not a big fan of Dread Drone in this deck due to flavor reasons, he doesn't fit any theme.
    Phylactery Lich is just an indestructible 5/5. Not very impressive. His BBB casting cost is also prohibitive in 3 color decks.
    Arsenal Thresher is a vanilla creature, not good.


    I feel that your unblockable creatures can be cut as well (Metathran Soldier,Severed Legion,Tower Gargoyle), unless there is something else that I did not see. Having too many themes leads to a weaker overall deck. Dimir Infiltrator can stay though, he can be transmuted into Cranial Plating and thats a plus.

    Next, upgrades:

    I feel that Voltaic Key is better than Galvanic Key due to the mana cost. You do lose the potential for flash shenanigans.
    Darksteel Ingot for Obelisk of Esper. Strictly better card that also does well with Phylactery Lich if you keep him.

    Then, potential cards to consider:
    Propaganda, to proect yourself so that people wont attack you. Ghostly Prison is the white alternative, but is really expensive.
    Clock of Omens
    Exsanguinate
    Debt to the Deathless
    Drogskol Reaver
    Scarecrone, though this may be slightly expensive.
    Thopter Assembly and Time Sieve is an infinite turn combo.
    Pentavus goes well with those "Artifact ETB" triggers.
    Open the Vaults saves you from a boardwipe.

    Extort cards are also pretty good in Oloro, like Crypt Ghast.

    I really like Perilous Forays in Ghave or Marath builds, as it lets you ramp like no other. Works even better in Marath as you can just use up all the counters, and then cast a bigger Marath with the lands you get.

    Blues destroy and exile effects are usually give tokens. Pongify, Rapid Hybridization, Curse of the Swine, Polymorph, are few examples.

    Back on topic, I'd say that if your playgroup frowns on MLD, then Sunder is definitely going to be hated.

    Its rather slow, and I wouldn't consider it MLD. But if your group has issues with even Zo-Zu, then you might want to check with them first, or play one game and see how it turns out.
