Creature: I don't know how I feel about this one. The mechanic is kinda... weird. But I think the card's use of the mechanic is pretty good and balanced.
Spell: To me this seems a little bit too pushed, but I don't know how else you would of done it while keeping the same effect and power level at common.
Legend
Creature : I probably would of made it double black, and/or lowered p/t, but other than that, it looks nice, if not too inventive. But I like the link back to snow.
Spell : Snapcast cards being sorceries would a very dangerous keyword less abusable. But, as the card stands, I see nothing glaringly wrong about it.
Asrama
Creature: Looks to be really powerful, but in a somewhat balanced way. It is (surprisingly) an ooze design that has not been toyed around with that much, that being the "I EAT YOU UP AND NOW I AM BIGGER YUM YUM" ooze. I maybe would of made the counters gained equal to toughness, but I still like it the way it is, if it is slightly swinging, yet not... if that makes any sense.
Spell: Too complicated for common, and it is hard to judge it's power level and usefulness, due to it's varying amounts of uses. A unique design, to say the least.

First off, I love the interactions all your cards have. Nice attention to detail.
Creature: Looks pretty balanced and smooth. Half of me wants the toughness upped a bit more so I can attack with it, while the other half knows that it is more balanced this way.
Spell: While I get that the vigilance bit helps your tapping utility creatures attack while buffed, but I think it makes the card do a bit just too much.
Polendino
Creature: The card seems not too threatening to your traveler, but whatever. The effect is a nice spin on draw two cards, but has nothing to do with ice or snow.
Spell: Is this.. is this... a somewhat balanced one mana exile card? Hooray! Looks fine to me. But again, your traveller casts this?
Willows
Creature: A better Air Elemental. Ok. Ummm, nothing that wrong, I guess? Fits the snow world.
Spell: Red does not tap things! This could have been so much smoother, had it been colour shifted or the tap clause was removed removed.
FreshMeat
Creature: Needs a rarity or power level change, but I like the design. Maybe could of been mono-red?
Spell: Very, very elegant. Flavour is pitch perfect.
