Tinder seems a little strong as-is. Cabin Snail in particular would be one of the most powerful Limited cards ever printed in most formats - and it's an uncommon one-drop. If I were you I'd make it cost 1G, maybe bump it up to a 2/2, and change the ability so that it can only give itself hexproof and not any creature you control. Changing tinder as Astrolabe suggested should help as well.
That said, these are all super flavorful and really well done mechanically. Great stuff.
Skygate Breaker4WU
Creature - Leviathan
Flying, trample, lifelink
Whenever Skygate Breaker deals combat damage to an opponent, each other opponent gains 5 life.

Hymn of a Thousand Voices 1WW
Enchantment
When Hymn of a Thousand Voices enters the battlefield, white creatures you control gain lifelink until end of turn.
White creatures you control get +1/+1.
Pendelhaven Blessing2G
Enchantment - Aura
If Pendelhaven Blessing would enter the battlefield attached to a creature that isn't 1/1, exile it instead.
Enchanted creature gets +3/+6 and has hexproof.
5-0'd a competitive league with this list earlier (10-0 in games). Wins were against UW Flash, Mardu Vehicles, Temur Marvel, RG Pummeler, and the mirror.
There's nothing I'd change about the maindeck except maybe cutting a Smoldering Marsh for another Mountain. If I was running Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet in the sideboard I would keep the fourth Marsh or maybe run a Swamp instead, but without a double-black card to worry about I feel like Marsh is a little too clunky to run four copies of.
Chandra is one of the best cards in the deck right now. There are a ton of 4-toughness creatures running around, and her two +1's are great at sneaking in the last few points of damage. If you can afford her, I'd definitely suggest running a couple.
I think I'll probably end up cutting a Key to the City for another Transgress the Mind. Key is a great card, don't get me wrong, but with Chandra in the maindeck, siding in more than two would make my list too slow in some matchups. In the ones where you do want Key, like Marvel, Transgress is just a much better card. The other deciding factor is that BG Delirium is nearly nonexistent online. If I was playing this deck at FNM, I'd probably still want the third Key.
Reckless Bushwhacker is great on paper, and it's been great for me while I've had it in my sideboard, but I'm not sure there's really space for it in the sideboard right now. I'd actually rather have a couple copies of Pick the Brain - getting delirium isn't exactly easy for us, but Marvel is such a problematic matchup that I'm fine with devoting a few sideboard cards specifically to beat it. I don't think I want more than two of a card that's only great in one common matchup and doesn't always work, though, so another potential replacement would be Goblin Dark-Dwellers, which is a solid option in pretty much any meta if you can't figure out what to put in your sideboard. GDD has the added bonus of coming in and flashing back a Transgress or Pick the Brain against Marvel.
Against Bristling Hydra decks, don't side in cards specifically to deal with the Hydra. The best plan to beat a Hydra IMO is to go wide and burn them out. If you think they're about to play a Hydra and they don't have the energy to save it with the trigger on the stack, then by all means do what you can to kill it. Even if it'll only cost you two removal spells, there are definitely a ton of situations where it's worth it. But if they've got six or seven energy floating around, don't waste your time or your removal. They're much better spent killing their other threats.
Daghatar's Path1WW
Instant (R)
Choose one -
• Exile target creature that's three or more colors.
• Return target creature card with converted mana cost 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. As the chorus of ancestors in Daghatar's head grew deafening, Dromoka cocked her head quizzically, expecting a response. At that moment, Daghatar knew that the time to decide the fate of his clan was upon him.
Urabrask, Bearer of the Blade5RR
Legendary Creature - Praetor Knight
Haste, protection from black and from green
Whenever Urabrask deals combat damage to a player, that player discards a card and you untap all lands you control.
7/7
Just wanted to share a list I've been having some success with. I'm not running maindeck burn spells at the moment but the rest of the shell is the same so I figured I'd put it here. Dragonmaster Outcast and Courageous Outrider are what make the deck tick; Outcast crews Copter on turn 3 and takes over games if unanswered, and Outrider is just gas. Reckless Bushwhacker is another card that I think is really underrated in this format since a lot of aggro mirrors just end up being races, and Bushwhacker races better than almost anything else.
Distorter of Eons3UU
Creature - Eldrazi (M)
Devoid
Flash
When Distorter of Eons enters the battlefield, end the turn.
When Distorter of Eons leaves the battlefield, target opponent takes an extra turn after this one.
4/3
As long as Delirium is a deck then Void Shatter is miles better. If something happened like, say, Rest in Peace got reprinted, then things might be a little different, but the exile clause is super relevant in a format with zero graveyard hate.
Sewer Sludge XB
Sorcery (R)
As an additional cost to cast Sewer Sludge, sacrifice a land.
All creatures get -X/-X until end of turn. "When the rats have crawled into their nests and the sewers are quiet as death, get out. It's time for the monthly cleaning." - Viraz, Korozda guildmage
This is the list I'm running atm, gone 8-5 in three leagues (two 4-1's and an 0-3 drop where I played UWR control three times and punted both games where I didn't mulligan to five).
Ideally I'd have another Hellion, Tears, and Skysovereign in the board, but control is running rampant right now on MODO and the Nissas are a concession to that. I like her better than Chandra against control, Chandra has more uses in other matchups though so it's close IMO.
not sure why people are surprised marvel decks came back, BG delirium was #1 enemy and everyone knows it has a godawful matchup against anything to do with aetherworks, so the only thing you really need to worry about is figuring how to make an aetherworks list that isn't soft to countermagic or being ran over by fast aggro.
The surprising thing was that those decks found a way to make the UW Flash matchup decent. That had previously been the main thing keeping them in check, and Whirler Virtuoso doesn't exactly look like the strongest card on paper.
Pia's Revolution in KCI anyone? Seems like it could give the deck a faster, more consistent wincon that makes the first Faith's Reward/Open the Vaults effectively end the game. It also gets brought back from the yard with Open the Vaults which might be nice.
Actually, I'm quite interested in it. NOT, however, main board. You're right, it's a terrible sweeper at sorcery speed, but I think that it could very well be a better choice than Flaying Tendrils in some control lists. This plus Grasp (or Essence Extraction) kills Ishkanah and her brood, for example. But, until we lose vehicles, sorcery speed sweepers won't cut it.
I think he meant terrible as in terrible for the format, not a terrible card. That said I don't think this will be nearly as good in Standard as in Modern because of vehicles and no Ancestral Visions/LotV, but it'll still be a control staple for as long as it's legal.
That said, these are all super flavorful and really well done mechanically. Great stuff.
