I haven't mained Last Breath because it's somewhat of a dead card at times, although perhaps this is simply a mistake. I also haven't got many Last Breaths in the sideboard because, well, I can't really fit them. Seems like I need the Celestial Flares instead for the Gruul and Red Devotion match-up. Not sure how I'd restructure the side-board to fit in more Last Breaths.
I've found that Last Breath is really strong against Blue Devotion, Red Devotion and the mirror, but weaker than Flare in matchups like Esper, Orzhov, and Black Devotion. Personally, my meta has a lot of Orzhov and Black Devotion, so I maindeck Flare and sideboard Last Breath.
Personally, I don't like Quicken. While instant-speed Verdict is cute, it doesn't really do much most of the time.
I really think you should be running AEtherling, if only as a 1-of in your sideboard. It's much better against Black Devotion than Elspeth (though not Orzhov since her -3 kills Blood Baron), and it's an extra finisher in the mirror. Both of them are great finishers, but I think it's incorrect to only run 2 Elspeth main board with no AEtherling.
