hmm how about crop rotation? seems good to get a utility land from the deck by sacing a land and a 5/3. i do it in my titania edh and just go get a fetchland. best part is its only one mana for it.
The only problem is see so far is the fact that the last four cards will be difficult to cast other than that I do like running cromanticor cause it's all colors. However testing of the list is required before I'll say for definate.
i have to say this is possibly the oddest deck i have ever seen. can you post videos of how it performs? i am very interested in trying to help construct this deck
The birds comment was the tokens from emeria. I knew you would have trouble against combo decks. While decent it doesn't have black or blues ability to dissrupt the combo as easy by discard or counter. I was just wondering how it worked against control, permission decks are always a pain to deal with. The sejirii steppe trick only works once and that's if knight isn't tapped.
How has this performed against control? i can't really see you resolving the angels, the vinelasher will probably surprise them game one, game two they will probably get rid of it fast. I do like the flagstones of trokair for acceleration with crucible and exploration, that's a nice touch. Besides sylvan safekeeper do you have any other ways to protect your creatures from removal?
I have to ask. What is the use of quiron ranger you don't have any tap effects. if it's just to return a land then it will be hard to get to six mana without an exploration out.
probably because he doesn't have them.(sorry if your female)anyway i do agree that it doesn't seem like you have enough artifacts to keep opal on consistently. if you put in more artifacts i could see it being there along with thirst for knowledge, with the number of artifacts you have in the deck, 9, you may get one in your opening but thirst would be inconsistent.
i run a pyroclasm effect in the form of volcanic fallout. some times the double red bites me in the butt, this is however fixed by being tutorable with teachings. in some matchups i put back in pyroclasm.
Your probably fine on your end with edicts I couldn't get snapcasters in time for the tournament so I ran creaturless. I had 3 games against auras.ist game one due to mana misplay and lost game three due to not getting a second edict. I only had one and no snaps so it was hopeless on turn 3.
edit: creul ultimatum is good against gw auras if you can even get to 7 mana.
Dang, this is better than the evacuation I play in the side board.
edit: on a deck related note, try to keep at least 2 target opponent sacs a creature effects in the 75. gw auras killed me cause i didn't have a second one. consistently.
