Savage Pongol is a 3 for 1 on a very efficient body. That is ridiculously good. Maybe make the second fight random; that just feels more red, more flavorful and more balanced.
Berserkergang Vanguard is a berserker rather than a warrior by virtue of berserker being in its name. Of course. that pales in comparison to the memory issues that would keep the card from seeing print in the first place.
Good call on the creature type, completely forget Wizards has used Berserker before. I'm working on a flavorful way to remove the memory issues and I fixed the memory issues with Servant of The Hanged Man.
What does the X stand for? The sacrificed creature's power? Its CVC?
Whoops, it is meant to be the sacrificed creatures power. It's supposed to punish opponents who try to kill your "achieve glory" creatures outside of combat.
So, I've been working on finding inspiration for creating a new set for a while now and finally feel I have landed upon a concept and theme that I will really enjoy working with. I present you with Coldbloods
I intend for Coldbloods to be based upon Norse and Germanic mythology. The set will be loosely focused on combat. Below are some examples of cards I intend to use in the set that showcase some of the mechanical and flavorful aspects of the set. Comments are much appreciated.
