Q2 Is Tectonic edge, Ghost Quarter AND encroaching wastes going to work?

Now that the post-ban meta is relatively settled, has anyone changed their stances on Firespout? I replaced my Pyroclasms for them 1-for-1, but I'm seeing Big Zoo as the preferred zoo build and Firespout is borderline useless against them anyway. I'll probably be switching back to quad Pyroclasms tonight. Also I don't like sundering Titan at all...never has the level of impact that I'd like.
Went back to Pyroclasms a while back. And I like Sundering Titan + Cavern of Souls, but I keep them on the SB for 3-color opponents.
Who do you bring the Blood Moon out for besides Tron or any other 3 color deck that isn't running red?
Be careful when using this against Tron. It's useful in delaying their wincons, but it's generally a "weak" hate card against them - they now have full access to red mana from their lands, making Pyroclasms and Ancient Grudges easy to cast, and they can still cast their green spells using the Chromatic Spheres/Stars. Make sure you pack some artifact hate to remove their O-Stones, as they can still blow one of them on T5 and that is often a GG for Affinity.
Is it really worth it to use thoughtseize over duress?
I keep on mulling it over and can't decide if it is worth sacking 2 life for the possibility of removing a creature from an opponent's hand.
Two life isn't a big deal - we usually have the faster clock, we don't take damage from our lands, and if for some reason it becomes necessary, we have access to lifelink from Vault Skirge.
It's more than worth paying this for the flexibility to remove anything we want from their hand.
So, got back from a big tournament (a little over 150 people) that I managed to get into the Top 4 of. I'll probably have a more detailed writeup later, but if anyone is curious as to the general meta I encountered...
Personally I like the 4-of switch from Pyroclasm to Firespout, its a little bit harder on the color requirements and it comes out a turn later, but it's much better versus Merfolk and Zoo, which is really nice.
