Here is my Second Sunrise-style eggs deck with Mystic Sanctuary. Ghost Quarter on the combo turn easily allows you to go infinite. Edge of Autumn helps you gain additional Mystic Sanctuary triggers as well.

Iirc undiscovered paradise is on the Reserved List and has no chance at a reprint

Add Helm of the Host with Godo, Bandit Warlord / Combat Celebrant / Aurelia Warleader / possibly others.

It could very well be well positioned. The last thing a big mana player wants to see is a freaking Ad Nauseam opponent across from them.

I bought it online and had a 20-4 run in leagues. Two losses were to Tron; 1 was to Bogles. I understand those are supposed to be highly favored, but it just didn’t shake out that way for me. I lost one Tron game 3 because my Spoils Of the Vault dug down 24 cards to find the first Ad Nauseam and exiled all my wincons.

According to Zak’s post both dredge players had never played it with chill before today. Idk how true that is though.

it doesn’t really matter. Chill doesn’t change the lines of the deck, and zac has played dredge at a GP before.

Or maybe the best sideboard card we could ask for in assassin’s trophy.

Buckle up for spoiler season! We have a return to the plane that started it all and a Narcomoeba reprint! There is sure to be a great enabler or payoff here.

Insolent Neonate definitely isn't better than Life from the Loam. You have 5 slots to play whatever mix of Shriekhorn, Insolent Neonate, Tormenting Voice, Burning Inquiry, etc. and that's if you drop the Scourge Devil/Rally the Peasants/Driven to Despair slot.

If I am going to a soft LGS I'll play fetchless so I don't shuffle and wear my cards so much, but if I want to win and think it will ever be difficult to do so, then I'm playing 6-7 fetchlands.

I like Tectonic Edge against Settle the Wreckage decks. I imagine it and the 2nd Ghost Quarter come in against Tron and *maybe* things like Lantern, Death's Shadow, others?

Yeah, I guess I'm looking at old data. Insolent Neonate made the match-up better, and even though Archfiend of Ifnir has been printed a while, people were slow to include him at 3-4 of (and some players, like PietroSas, always excluded him).

Felt bad to lose the matchups that are so favorable, but I had three games in those two matches where I mulled to 5 and had a one-lander. Ah well. Onto the next PPTQ!

I have no read on the meta because I have never been to this particular LGS. Cards I would strongly consider dropping based on local experience would be 1 Ancient Grudge and 1 Collective Brutality. I think EE, Tec Edge, Gnaw to the Bone, and Ghost Quarter interest me most in these spots.
