As I found out last night during the inaugural run of Anafenza, Suppression Field can be back breaking. I was honestly surprised how much it slowed the game down between fetches becoming psuedo-Terminal Moraine , equipment not being cheap to equip, and planes walkers suddenly needing mana to activate.
Depending upon how much removal opponent's run and their quality/density of creatures: Sphinx Ambassador (aka Bribery Sphinx) and Lord of the Void are fun and potentially powerful ones. Mindleech Mass and Silent-Blade Oni can also work but may be in the realm of too cute/dependant on others. Exhume can work early when almost nobody has creatures in the graveyard but becomes much riskier later.
That's a lot of switching to do for different decks, but does help keep costs down on manabases. I would say as long as your group knows Narset isn't the usual deck of extra combat and turns, it should be good since red offers a bit for auras. Politcalness generals I have no experience on however :(.
I have a similar deck but in reverse (using 12 different generals for one deck, all UBx) and it's a lot of fun.
Knowing eventually I will want to build more decks: putting together a commander box. Zendikar fetches are high, plus the duplicate expensive stuff means I can trade/funnel money back into the box.
Titania and Edric are the two that have Cradles for me. But to iterate what has been said before: any green creature centric deck (probably 99%) will benefit from Cradle over say a forest.
Soooo a red Minion Reflector that exiles instead of sacrifices. We weren't playing the reflector before but it is cheaper in terms of initial cost and trigger cost. Maybe in a Daretti centric deck with Myr Battlesphere and company.
Basically my Oloro stax-ish "hate on all the creatures" runs it as a way to slow the board. Especially after Armageddon (yeah, sometimes I have to be that guy). I dont play Oloro often since I try to cycle through my decks for powerlevel sake or if I'm focusing on tuning one deck.
Like yourself, building a mono blue EDH with Mistform to have a lower power deck. Other projects include rebuilding the UBx deck that played off other people's cards and had about 10 different generals.
Oh and finish getting expensive things like Mishra's Workshop for Kozilek.
I think they meant if you choose non-blue or a color that isn't their removal on your turn, they can't use it on your turn barring mana fixing from other sources/free spells. So it's close to the same effect.
I use it in Titania and Gaddock Teeg (yes, I'm THAT guy) to great effect. Slows down the opponents, makes them think, and pseudo stops shenanigans on my turn. 10/10 would sleeve again.
Second Edric, plus beating face with 1/1s is strangely satisfying. Problem is Gaea's Cradle isn't exactly necessary, but does add to the explosiveness and creates some stupid plays.
10/10 would suppress again.
Is it better to just acquire cards as you want to build decks or just go out and buy cards for the future? Any ideas or tips?

Now what to put in the box...
