The current list to be tested tonight in the FNM! I felt that the Ghost Quarter/Flagstones combo was a bit too inconsistent, so decided to trade explosiveness for consistency and flexibility. Starting with two GC or two Flagstones are definite Mulligans. Therefore, I reverted to 12-fetch. The added bonus is that splashing colours becomes much easier. Every single fetchland can search for a blood crypt. This allows us to play Rakdos Charm. Rakdos Charm helps to answers graveyard-based strategies (albeit not that good..), splinter twin, BW-tokens and even Affinity. Ways to get the crypt is 13 out of 60 cards and we can ignore it. This leaves much space open for other sideboards, including the more specific ones.
I'd like to know if any of you do have some suggestions against mainly Pod, though Rakdos Charm and the exile effects should work somewhat...
I am also not very sure about the bladehold and I will probably turn one plains into a mountain.
I guess it is the scale of devaluation. Losing 10% is far less daunting than 60%. This may explain the low printing run for MM1, of course, things turned out to be way different. But then again, see Thoughtseize....
The demand for Confidant isn't what it used to be, now people are more shifting towards Zoo-decks. All the others...yeah, well.... Modern season, increasing popularity, no sight on actual reprints. The usual.
I like that apparently two versions of Faeries made it. The control and the Aggro-Control style faeries. Zoo was probably put down by the plenty of combo decks running rampage.
I do play Batterskull mainboard. That is about the best card we can muster in the five slot and 5 slots should be challenged by it. Its presence on the board changes immediately and has a great(!) synergy with Bitterblossom.
I know the amount of doubles is huge...but this means the board is also flexible.
Deathmark, Damnation, Deathmark, Hibernation and Explosives function vs Zoo
Hibernation, Deathmark, Annul, Cage vs Pod
Annul, Spellskite vs Twin
Explosives, Annul, Hurkyll's recall vs Robo-Aggresso
etc...
PS: If Blood Moon really is on the rise, it may be worth to exchange Tect Edge for Ghost Quarter. It is also better vs Tron, the reason why I use it in the first place.
I would like to add a few words to Abstractual's comment. In the article there is this statement that the article is published after the PT. During the PT, however, we UB-faerie players can not complain at all about the achieved results and tend to show a different figure than the one denoted by CFB.
Don't you think 24 land is a tad too much? And why not change two of your mountains to scalding tarns? Also, I would really like to see Combust somewhere .

I hardly understand why no one does play Proclamation or rebirth. The 6 mana ability can not be countered and it provides huge card advantage versus aggro decks. Next to that, it does let you take your vexing devils back...
Now with DRS gone, I think it is at least worth a try.
Boros Garrison is there for infinite landfall triggers.
Hellrider, ranger of Eos, I still can not decide...
Last friday I went 3-1 . Loss versus RG Zoo (really bad draws/hands...) Wins versus a UW control deck (NOT UWr), Fully tuned Merfolk, U/B Delverish.

Instants/Sorceries (19)
Landfall (12)

On a more serious note: I can't remember cards have spiked like this after events and ban announcements...
