As far as I understand it, both of those examples you used are modtext, and therefore not allowed in the forums.

    Same.

Bye anyway Charlie, and yeah, we do definitely need to talk more. See you around.

I'm just temporarily suspending this quest due to a lack of interest from everyone. Thanks for playing, anyway. Smile

I might put this on hold, just due to the extreme lack on interest in all the other threads (I was trying to get all of these quests to tie together, in some way). I may come back to it some time in the future. Thanks for playing, anyway.

There was a quick flash in his mind of an image of Officer Martin writing in the notebook, in this same room but across the table from a different suspect, a teenage girl.

In the notebook itself were a few random unrelated notes from different cases, and for Josh's case just some information such as his name, date of birth, and the word "list?".

I'm at 17,000 words at the moment. I'm quite busy with exams and that with school, and I know I'm a bit behind the ideal number of words that I should be at at the moment, but I'm pretty committed to getting this done. Smile

"Uh-huh" she said, seemingly still as puzzled as Josh.

But seeming to put two and two together in her head, she held out of her notebook to Josh, inviting him to take it.

"Cole..." He sounded puzzled. Cole heard some rustling of papers on the other end of the phone, and then the American man asked "Tell me, this guy who gave it to you, he was rather short, fat, black hair, wasn't he?", giving the exact description of the man.

As Josh picked it up, images ran through his head. Visions of a tall man, who looked very self-confident, with brown hair and glasses. There was a glimpse of the man writing on a piece of paper that looked like the list in Josh's hands. And then, an image that lasted for only a split second in Josh's mind - of an explosion at a building that was similar to Josh's school but was obviously different.

As he came back to the real world, Josh noticed Officer Martin watching him intently.

"I see...someone must have heard your name then." she said, scribbling some notes down. "Now, can you please pick the list up and have a look at it?"

"Right. Can you tell me who you are, where you're calling from, and how you got my number?" he said urgently.

"That would be nice. He had the idea about a year ago - said it came to him in a dream! Which probably isn't true, but it's a nice story to tell, anyway."
