1) I would deffanatly have to have the power of shadow manipulation for example if there is any light i can dissapear into the shadows i can stab with them. I can suture you to the shadows holding you down. I can creat spikes from the shadows to impale enemys.
2) Theme song would deff have to be hardstyle- The Darkness.
This is my current Deck I am working on finishing (im proxying about 90% of this deck atm.) but its really fun lots of ways to play the odds and plenty of diplomacy in it.
Actually mogis has never had an issue coming out in my group. i did think about spike jester but its alright. The 20 land has yet to fail me. but i do love my desicration demons and couldnt get rid of them there a big hitter. Although the angel is pretty useless you are right on that Exava is one i was thinking of throwing in there. but this is not just a aggro deck. Thoughtseize is nice yes but meh and the only reason the 4 elspeth is in there is because i have 4 copys of her from my R/W tokens

you could do a rtr/theros/isd use mogis as general and you could make a pretty good one

it would work well with mogis but there are a few others it cold do if you wait till NYX you could run the B/W god.
Hmm, that depends on how tight your budget it. I don't often build budget decks. In your case, I still think there are a couple of relatively expensive lands you can't do without, but I'll try to keep the prices as low as possible. Let's start with what you already have listed.
Eiganjo Castle - This one seems a tad out of place. I'm not sure why you're running it. Could you enlighten me? Flagstones of Trokair - I most often see this one accompanying Dust Bowl, Stax, and 'Geddons. Since I see none of these in your list, and none of the other accompaniments to indicate them in your meta, you might be able to drop it safely Godless Shrine - Perfectly reasonable, almost expected with it still floating around in standard. Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx - Perfectly reasonable in a 2-color deck.
and I'll ignore the basics since they are largely filler for the purposes of this discussion.
Suggested land additions and reasoning: Strip Mine - Lets face it, sometimes some jerk feels the urge to play an annoying land like Maze of Ith, Emeria, the Sky Ruin, Cabal Coffers, etc. This will let you (hopefully) be a hero to the rest of the table by saying GTFO. Tectonic Edge - See above. Cabal Coffers - This thing is arguably stronger than Nykthos. It's less vulnerable to sweepers (unless it kills lands of course), less reliant on a pre-existing board state, and grows even in the face of heavy removal. Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth - Outside of a mono-black deck, this is a virtual prerequisite for above. This is the ocean to the Coffers' ship. You can certainly go without it, but it's like a land-locked ship if you do. Yes, it's expensive, but pretty necessary. Terramorphic Expanse - Basic mana fixing on a budget. Handy when you're not overly concerned about speed. Given the way your deck works, you could probably afford it. Evolving Wilds - A functional clone of above, so ditto. Esper Panorama - I hate this cycle, but it may be useful for your budget mana base. Mistveil Plains - I find myself sticking this in almost every EDH that allows for it. Notably more powerful if you have a decent count on shuffle effects, particularly of the tutor variety. Emeria, the Sky Ruin - Who doesn't like getting a guy back for free every turn? Kor Haven - Cheaper than Maze of Ith and more interesting. It doesn't untap the creature, remove it from combat, or prevent the damage dealt to it, meaning you can use this on the guy, and safely gang-block it into oblivion. Thespian's Stage - Good for copying Emeria, Coffers, or whatever. Command Tower - This one is pretty typical in any non-mono-colored EDH, why you no run? Caves of Koilos - Normally, even in standard, the damage you take from this is negligible when weighed against the benefits and consider that you only use it when you have to. In EDH, and specifically your EDH, the downside is a joke. Deserted Temple - Untapping Nykthos or Coffers seems strong. Lake of the Dead - Yeah, it eats swamps, but it's handy for a pseudo-Dark Ritual here and there.
Some other cards I forgot to mention earlier: Wound Reflection - This is interesting, particularly with Temporal Extortion. Debtors' Knell - This is even better than Emeria because you can grab it out of other bins. Sweet! Enslave - Steal a guy, poke the owner every turn, trollolol! Pretty funny on someone else's general too.
I'm concerned about your complete lack of mass removal and anti-general-tech. You should at least be running a couple of sweepers and tuck effects.
Some budget friendly options: Wrath of God - Original and still the best white one. Day of Judgment - Knock-off of the original. A paltry attempt to make regeneration relevant. Austere Command - Good jack-knife wrath. It can hit, or not hit, bands of stuff. Rout - Heh, off-turn wrath. SURPRISE! Phyrexian Rebirth - Can I haz large creature? Life's Finale - Deck-rape someone while you're at it. Black Sun's Zenith - Screws persist over while it's at it. Melira can make you sad when using this. Combine with Necroskitter and say "All your creatures are belong to us!" Akroma's Vengeance - Kill everything but the landscape and planeswalkers.
Anti-General Tech: Hallowed Burial - Typically my starting point. Doubles as a sweeper. Terminus - Usually also makes my cut. Like above, doubles as a sweeper. Oblation - Almost always present in a white list for me. Giving them 2 cards is better than letting them wreck your face with their general. Condemn - Rarely makes my lists anymore as the attacking requirement means non-combative generals are immune. Enslave - Black's lone answer to a general, short of repeatedly killing it until they stop casting it.
Suggested Cuts: Batwing Brume - It's a fog with bite, but it's still just a fog. Buys you 1 turn, if you're lucky. A wrath would serve you better. Cauldron Haze - This one has an interesting interaction with Blood Artist, but still, I don't think it's going to give you the mileage you're looking for. Divine Deflection - Conditional Blaze is conditional. Consume Spirit - A blaze is hardly the best way to go. Burning out one creature will not get you far, even if it also gains you life. Spot removal should be efficient, not mana hungry. Death Grasp - Same reasoning as above. Empty the Catacombs - I don't know why you're running this. There are better recursion engines out there, and many are repeatable.

You also have no tutoring. That seems like a mistake to me.
Start with these budgety ones: Expedition Map - For finding Nykthos, Coffers, etc Diabolic Tutor - Benchmark for the budget minded player. Beseech the Queen - Cheapish and general, though having to show it isn't the best. Increasing Ambition - 3 tutors in one, sweet.
