I'm used to it. I don't have an "off-switch" when I play. I "don't know how" to tone down what I do and how I do it. As a result, I have quite the rep as that guy, but once you know this about me, people come to respect it. I once Boil'd a casual Thada Adel deck on the end step of their t3 (my t4) to which they just glared at me. Two other players laughed and high-fived. I stared at him in the most stoic expression and just replied;
"If you're going to bring mono-U...you need to accept the consequences. U decks win when they are left alone."
He never did get back into the game after that. No regrets. No rest, no mercy. No matter what.
I feel like you think this makes you sound like an awesome player, when in reality it makes you sound like a bully picking on the weak for no other reason than you can.
If you want to actually test your skills as a commander player, rather than wave your wallet in people's faces, play a bad deck. One of the best commander players I've played against only played precons, and he still won quite often. I'm willing to bet he was a way better player than you are.
Alternately - go play legacy. Or modern. Or limited. Or whatever. If you want no-holds-barred competition, go play a competitive format.
Because I'm actively an anti U player I'm a bully now? Because I play colour hosers based on the predication of the most common colour I'm a bully, not a crafty next level strategist?
Stop being a GD white knight. U players know what they're getting into. They don't need you to defend them from clever builders like me.
For someone who hates when people complain about deck types you seem to have a lot to say about blue...
So, this might be asinine speculation, but this card is underrated against Treasure Cruise. Hear me out:
-Enters the Battlefield turn 0, preventing it from beingForce of Will'd
-There is no removal spell run in legacy treasure cruise decks that can remove it
-You can still reasure cruise if it hits the board
The downsides is that it needs to be in your opening hand, and it's a completely empty draw in the late game. Still, is it worth it, or am I just being foolish?
Wurmcoil Engine is always strong, especially in an artifact themed deck. Consecrated Sphinx will either end the game or die immediately. Diluvian Primordial will either win a game or be a dead card in your hand. Inkwell Leviathan protects itself and provides solid beats. OG and New Superman are hard to kill and hit hard. Kede#REKT Leviathan provides solid control and comes back when needed. Memnarch helps with your thievery theme.
Finally, Sphinx of Jwar Isle is one of my personal favorite cards, due to it being my favorite finisher in old UW control (alongside baneslayer). Hope this helps.
whats your wincon for a deck like this? Wile I see it being good in the early game I don't see how it will be good mid to late game when your opponents creatures and spells begin to outweigh yours.
Cards like Baneslayer Angel and other large white creatures (Iona, Akroma) help you in the late game. Also run a few artifacts that are good at dying like Ichor Wellspring and solemn.
You wouldn't have a list? I kinda would like it to keep it as Karador in honor of a friend who gave me some pricey reanimate cards. I told him I was going the hate bear route and he was like "UGHHH THEN WHY DID I EVEN BOTHER GIVING U THIS STUFF?!"
So I gotta try to balance it with some reanimate but still go the hatebear route.
Wish. I had my list, but I changed the deck over a long period of time, so my typed list wouldn't be very effective, and I deleted the doc to save space a while back.
However, my strongest winners were baneslayer, sun titan, and storm herd. Invincible Hymn saved my hide quite a few times believe it or not.

As someone who's built quite a few punisher/hate decks over the years, I can tell you several generals:
Zo-Zu the Punisher: good in a meta with lots of green ram Kataki, War's Wage: artifact heavy meta Ob Nixilis, Unshackled: see Zo-Zu, but pricier, benefit of black (and black ramp) and also hits tutors Ruric Thar: hurts every blue deck. Run loadsaland destruction if generic UG ramp players bother you (Plow Under is glorious)
I like kataki as a card in the 99. But how good is he as a general? Mono white needs artifacts to ramp no? The meta I am in is artifact, blink, etb and tutor heavy. I could say ramp too but that doesn't bother me too bad if it is green since that is their deal. But dropping a crapton of mana rocks turn 2 is kinda annoying.
Kataki wants to run low cost white weenies, sol ring, mana drypt, gilded lotus as your only artifacts, a few staxing cards (think Hokori, Dust Drinkerand armageddon),and Mycosynth Lattice if you're really mean.

What I want is a control general that actually contributes to controlling/removing the opponent's stuff. A. It must have blue in it's casting cost B. It can't just make it harder to cast spells (Sen Triplets, Grand Arbiter)
So... Zur the Enchanter-I like him, but unfortunately the deck is rather infamous and in a decent meta (I.E. mine) attacking with Zur is rarer than gold Meriki Ri Berit-Stealing/destroying stuff is nice Ertai, Wizard Adept-what I'm looking for, but a bit costly Ertai, the Corrupted-Interesting, but I have no ideas how to build this dude
>6 player game
>Nekusar, Reaper King (me), Omnath, Daxos, Oona, and Ghave
>Nekusar player casts his general
>Reaper King player Clones it
>Oona Player clones it
>Ow my draw step hurts
>Daxos player forgets and casts Brainstorm, killing him
>Everyone dies in 2-3 turns from massive damage
>mfw

Treachery, Control Magic, Confiscate, Etc is always good at taking an opponent's bomb.

Any other ideas?
Grip of Chaos?
I run all of these in my Zedruu Chaos deck: Eye of the Storm, Possibility Storm, Scrambleverse, Whims of the Fates, Thieve's Auction, Risky Move. Most people don't mind them, but a good portion (usually turbo-spikes with UG ramp annoyance) constantly complain how I'm "ruining the game" and "destroying everything". Their tears are so delicious.
