First, black, blue and white are fine colors, and Zur is an awesome card.
Moldervine Cloak is used to give Zur +3/+3. That's all right? If that's the case, Blessing of the Nephilm would be a better choice. It has the same effect on Zur, and can be hardcasted if you draw it. The problem with shadow lance is that you'll want to put all your mana into it. And if you're tapped out, you'll have a hard time countering wrath of god, which is one of the few things that can stop Zur with a Shieliding Plax and an Infiltrator's Magemark. However, it may be fine as a 1 of, used in addition to Blessing of the Nephilm.
On the subject of story circles, do they target? Because that would keep Zur from doing any damage.
Also, the only time Zur is in alot of danger is the turn he comes into play, before he can get a Shielding Plax. The only way of doing this while you're tapped out is with a Daring Apprentice, which isn't that good. The double blue in it's cost also makes it really hard to pull off turn 3.
He begins to wander around the house, looking for the officer.
He waits quietly in his hiding spot, watching as the rest of them pass through the guard.
(I'll be gone the next 2 weeks. Just letting you know.)

He waits for a response.
He waits for the right moment, then begins running.
He runs into the building looking for the police
"Some food would be great"
He smiles and picks up his pace a bit.
He gets in his car and heads back towards the mansion.
He begins to move towards the harbor.
He walks out slowly.
