We could always use more members, but I don't remember if there's a recruiting freeze or something during a closure. You know, to prevent people from joining just to save a clan and then leave after said clan's back running.

I really don't think so, but the Mods will let us know i guess.

Anyways - in the meantime, for all of you who don't know me or who managed to forget :

I'm 29 (today actually...) years old czech guy, living in London, currently working in dead-end job Slant , my hobbies are music (mostly jazz plus lately i'm becoming something of an audiophile), movies (practically any), reading (practically anything), computer games (point-and-click adventure games are my games of choice) and MtG, although I haven't played in a tourney for a while (year or so).

I started to play MtG when Ice Age came out and have been playing it more or less to this day.
Couple of years ago I help Honza with translations of series of VestDan's storyline articles for one czech magic website and at that time I also discovered MtG storyline, Salvation and also Greek Aliance.
Ok, so that's enough about me I guess. If you think I'll be a good fit for a GA member, please PM me/post any questions here Wink

Ok, back to some more birthday drinking, keep them posts coming!

    Yello,
Just droping by on my way to work. Yesterday I was at the Czech party here in London, so today I'm feeling like piece of crap (haven't had a proper hangover for months, not that I was missing it Smile ). And it's still ringing in my ears - but with me being whole night about 2 meters from the podium (just by the way, the band was Wanastovi Wjecy) that was not unexpected.
Anyways, hope you guys are allright (where is Hydro? Haven't seen him here for ages, same goes for Pouk :unibrow:...), so see you around

    fuff

p.s.: Got another day off next saturday, so I'm heading for that 2HG, Craig! See you next week, mate! Grin

Aww, man, I'm away for the long weekend. I'm back Monday, though, so if you feel like meeting up some point next week, that sounds good to me. Beer and Magic is always good :D.

Seconded Grin bro. Next week is fine, PM me when you're available.

Thanks for the offer, bro. By the way, are you in London between 14th and 19th of July? I am participating at a European Biophysical Congress 2007 there, at the Imperial College. In case you are there, we can finally go for the long promised beer. Maybe even with Craig. Wink

I'm in London allright, looking forward to see you again Wink

Wow, this month sure'll be interesting Grin

By the way, man, what are you doing there? Studying/working? Or did you move there with your family? Like I said before, I'm currently taking steps to go study there in the near future (depending on how my band fares in the meantime). Then, who knows, maybe we can also grab a beer or two together. Wink

Working, I'm afraid Slant But worry not, I'm allways in for a beer or two, my friend Wink

    Hullo, everybody!

    @Sib: PM Wink

@ Rick: That's awesome man! I saw one of your videos (Let It Be, I think) and I really liked it. I Hope you'll win the whole competition thingie. Oh, and your new avvy is so funny Grin

@ Hydro: Congrats to your 2000th post, bro. I'm nowhere near that number, but hey, I'm the lurker Grin

10 minutes ago, my sister sent me a message from her holiday in Greece - it's obviously quite hot down there, not like here in UK :p

I'm really happy about the Death Spark - I used to play it in one of my first decks (random monored goblin/burn deck, but it was fun). But CS is a bit disapointment for me so far, only cards that caught my eye were Bauble, Valkyrie and Deathmark.
Anywho, I'm off to bed. See you 'round, chaps.
