I've been testing spirits with a similar list finally. I was not playing Spectral Sailor, and instead I was playing Essence Flux.
Rally of Wings is just nuts. With a mausoleum, queller, rattlechain and eagle, did 20 damage. I tested it against a pioneer burn with blue only for dig through time and a modern affinity.
Against burn, starting with mausoleum and rattle is mostly a win. And against the modern affinity, if it doesn't start with an all in first turn, it can be winable. I really liked how this deck works.
I have found a way to combo in 2 turn, but you need a perfect hand and the luck of drawing a land.
Here is the hand:
2 Mishra's Bauble
2 Mox Opal
1 Jeskai Ascendancy
1 Emry, Lurker of the Loch
1 Island
First turn play both Mishra's, one Mox, the island, and the Emry. In your turn or in opponents turn, sacrifice one mishra to increase the possibilities of drawing one land. We have now 2 cards in hand.
Second turn, with mishra's and draw card phase, we have four cards in hand (1 mox, 1 jeskai, and we need at least one land that's not an island). Play the second mox, metalcraft triggers, add one mana except blue and sacrifice the tapped mox, play the land and the jeskai. We have now, one card in hand. From now on, we can start bringing back the moxes for infinite mana and drawing/discarding until we find the Banefire for finishing the opponent. GG.
But as I said, this is the perfect and, and I doubt this will happen often haha.
You can also include there Mishra's Bauble, and draw all the deck until you find the moxes, then generate infinite mana, and, for example, Banefire for one million.
Was thinking on some "perfect hands", and came with:
So, with the spoilers of Throne of Eldraine, and sawing the first tribal deck I played on magic, Knights, I'm thinking on playing this format with them.
With the spoiled cards so far, do you think it's viable? I'm new into this format, I made a little list of the last 2-3 sets with cards that can be interesting (I know that I can choose cards from, Ravnica? until the last set, taking in mind the rotation). So, if you can bring some light into it, I would appreciate it so much.
I don't agree that Collected cannot be played. 5-7 lands that could give green along with at least 4 slivers that gives mana, is a minimum of 9 green mana producers. I think it's up to each person to play it or not because they like it or because they don't like to depend on the randomness a collected can be.
I went to GP from Barcelona, I played slivers, and I could always cast Collected, but my fortune with them was zero. I played 4 out of 9 rounds, just winning the first one against Jund, after matches (losts, not a single SB against them shown up) were Tron and two UR Phoenix. Collected, a part from the first game, were totally screwed up by not finding anything good. But they were totally castable.
But now, I would prefer another way to play something that could gas out the slivers, like Descendants' Path or something like this.
Like I said, it's more of a preference card than if it can be castable.

1x Island
1x Plains
Next turn you are comboed. If you let the opponent start first.
Quick draft:
4x Mox Opal
4x Emry, Lurker of the Loch
4x Jeskai Ascendancy
4x Banefire
4x Laboratory Maniac
4x Manamorphose
4x Serum Visions
4x Opt
4x Lightning Bolt
A new way to have a lot of mana.

4 Saheeli Rai
4 Altar of the Brood
4 Liquimetal Coating
4 Felidar Guardian
2 Cryptic Command
2 Force of Negation
3 Logic Knot
4 Remand
2 Whir of Invention
4 Serum Visions
Board removal
2 Supreme Verdict
2 Wrath of God
