I hope this is a troll post, because this wounds me, how someone can actually possibly believe this. If all my cards devalued 90% but that allowed much more people to start playing, I would be so happy, but so friggin happy... Sigh... Your post is simply inconceivable...

the biggest travesty in magic is the reserve list, not in the sense everyone of you think though.
in the sense that it isnt updated regularly with every set. p3k cards as judge foils? eff that. goyf? nah, should have been added to a reserve list when it hit $100. any collectible card that goes above like $75 should be added to the list so i never have to worry about it being reprinted and losing value. a yearly reserve list would add cards to put my mind at ease, and hell you could even update to take cards off that just don't need to be on there at all tons of nothing cards on there nobody cares about.
ok thank you but im still stuck on what the other stuff mean still like me i like all the cards i tend towards the black and red and green but im trying to collect all the cards from commons to mistic rares i mosley love the artwork on them

I'm with most of the other adults on this thread. Trading isn't worth my time, especially if you're going to sit there and try and nickel and dime me to death. A dollar or two doesn't mean much to me, but I'm not going to freely let you rip me off. If you want to do a straight trade of shocklands, we can talk. If you want me to throw in a few crap rares with a shockland to get your shockland, go away. I am also not impressed when I see kids ripping off other kids for a few bucks. Really? You're going to compromise yourself by lying about values to get that Ulvenwald Tracker for .25 instead of the 1.50 it's really worth?

you say "ripping off" so loosely, if its actually just a few bucks chances are, they dont know the star city values, they are working off different numbers, or they are being up front about it and telling them they are just grinding value. theres SO many different ways to value cards from ebay to any tcgplayer store price to star city buylist to buylist who knows what they use? a few bucks and all of the sudden its oh god this guy is ripping him off? nah prolly not.
lying about values? nah if the card is 1.50 on star city and its some crap like ulvenwald tracker chances are ill tell the guy ill take it for 50 cents, all of them, take whatever your lookin for at my values (if its a super hot card sure its scg price sometimes tcg player low) sometimes what ill just sell it for. but chances are i have infinite trackers, will not give you 1.50 just cause thats its listed price, and will probably just take said .50 and dealer it off.
its really late and that last paragraph might just be ranting sorry, either way its just an example and you need to take a gigantic chill pill.

depends I think in some cases when you kill the head vampire everyone who they turned, is also turned back...but I believe most the vampire is just gonna keep on being a vampire.
Sad? I think the notion that the makers of that stuff are preying on Magic players thinking anything small and rectangular with Liliana on it must be a booster is absolutely hilarious.
