Thoughts on Quickling? 2 drop flash that returns a Silvergill adept back to your hand or a lord, saving him from path/bolt while simultaneously replacing a body.
I like your list, I wish I could run some fetchs in here but it's just too expensive right now. Maybe if verdants keep dropping a little more I'll go and grab them. What's your Twin plan? Aside from the obvious Pathing
Courser is a total house in this deck because what we need is draw power. Elvish visonary is in there for the same reason, he's only one devotion but he's a two drop you can put down right behind a Burning-Tree. I never feel like tapping three for a selkie, it's too much mana for a draw creature that'll probably get countered or bolted.
My only real bad match ups are Twin unfortunately because twin is disgusting. The amount of counter/draw spells they have only to combo out on turn 4 always gives me a problem. UWR on the other hand is 60/40 pre and post side board. Thrun does massive work.
I run 3 Scavenging Ooze's in the side against Jund. They destroy Tarmo and I'm even happy when it eats a Thought or Koz. Even if it gets abrupt decayed I'm usually happy because it saves my Arbor Elf/Burning Tree/Courser of Kruphix who all have double green Devotion.
What do you guys do against Tron variants? I've never really had trouble against blue, oblivion stone gives me problems sometimes but not usually and what's your plan if they hit a natural 3 lands on turn 3? Do you try and play out your hand and beat hope they don't have a wurmcoil/karn?
Just curious. I might of missed it as I skipped a few pages but what do you guys think of Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx? Seems like a decent Gaea's Cradle replacement considering Modern is slower than Legacy. It seems like you'd be fine with running a simple one or two since Elves will be drawing out their deck anyways if they're going off. On a side note, how do you feel about Mana Confluence for those with limited access to fetch lands?
