I usually side in 1-3 Tectonic Edges vs BGx. Ive started shaving 1 mutavault to squeeze another tectonic edge in because I don't want to shave any U mana from the deck. Not sure if it's working or not but I did that at the GP.

Edit: I guess you could shave a cavern vs Abzan because they are a path to exile deck.

As someone who is just picking the deck up, this (http://i.imgur.com/HWKnTyc.png) is what I'm currently debating on buying to start with. Besides the Negates you just mentioned is there anything else youbsee that I'm missing for flex cards, etc.

Btw, I read a war earlier between Tec Edge and Seas Claim. They are both good and I wouldn't fault anyone for playing one over the other at any open. However I was expecting Grixis Control and RG Valakut and sea's claim is pitiful in that department.

With death's shadow being the star of the show I would move to sea's claim for this weekend.
