I am certainly interested in this card. Rapid Bite is often awkward because it does nothing if you have no relevant creatures on the board. Having the ability to create a 4/4 trampler when Rapid Bite (that also kills PWs) isn't effective seems great.
Would you consider this card a 3-drop or a 4-drop for categorisation?
Or more specific: do you think it will be played for 3 mana or for 4 mana most of the time?
I think I actually like this more than Hoof for cube.
Hoof is only good in Gx creature ramp while this will provide the same effect for those decks while also being playable in other fatty decks like Reanimator or Sneak and Show. I haven't decided yet, but will consider making the swap.
Hymn > Twist in unpowered (assuming no Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Mana Crypt etc. aswell).
And for the colorless aggro cards, I'd say Cursed Scroll > Ankh of Mishra = Black Vise - and follow up with a question: where do you think Fleetwheel Cruiser fits in to this?
Admiral's Order is another Cancel with a marginal upside.
I currently include Disallow and Scatter to the Winds and while I don't necessarily think it's better than either of those, I think it is interesting enough to warrant some discussion.
Admiral's Order is best in a blue tempo deck as a one mana counterspell during combat or at the end of your own turn. Most of the time it is going to be cast for 3 mana however. I have not been impressed with Disallow either though since it has basically also always been a Cancel in our experience.
I don't think Carrion Feeder is very good. It was mainly in there as a possible aggressive one drop for black while providing a sac outlet and zombie synergy occasionally when it was relevant. Now I can replace it with a one drop that actually attacks for 2 on turn 2.
Stoke > Hammer > Volley (The real choice here probably depends on whether you need more 2, 3 or 4 mana spells in red, all of these options are outclassed unless you have a very large cube, >720)
Agent => Kiora > Climb
Pod > Trap > Call (I wouldn't play with Call or Trap, but you could make an argument for Pod)
Some think Ashiok is the best UB card, while others of us have good opinions.
Maybe it wasn't your intent, but this comes off as a little arrogant. I am one of the bad apples it seems as I am firmly in the Ashiok camp . One of the drafters in my group think Ashiok is the best UB card. I think it is more middle of the road, but I still find room for it in the top 6 UB spells.
Ruinous Path => Gonti > Shredder > Zenith
Elder > Pod > Rhonas
Adept > Warsail => Plunderer => Infiltrator
(I have no experience with the 2CMC guys)
Riders = Phoenix > Regent
(I am not sure where I fall on Phoenix vs Riders, but I think both are better than Regent).
I have always liked Keranos in my cube.
He is not directly comparable to most of the other usual Izzet spells except for maybe Ral Zarek. I think Keranos is better than Ral.
I think this can replace either Arlinn Kord or Atarka's Command in my list.

I currently play Terminate, Vial Smasher the Fierce and Falkenrath Aristocrat in addition to these and I think Judith can compete here. I will most likely test it over Vial Smasher.
For me:
Lapse > Daze >> Denial
And for the colorless aggro cards, I'd say Cursed Scroll > Ankh of Mishra = Black Vise - and follow up with a question: where do you think Fleetwheel Cruiser fits in to this?
I think they are a tier above the rest.
Complicate could be included in this discussion though.

So how do you think it compares to some of the other tier 3 counterspells (Disallow, Scatter to the Winds, Logic Knot, Dissolve)?
