I believe there was an article that said there would be a return to Dominaria two blocks after Mirrodin.
They never said two blocks after mirrodin,they just said they will eventualy return.Plus going back after only 3 years away is dumb.We've spent six to eight years learing and seeing card from Dominaria,why go back so soon.

Still I think it would be very hard to make a block that has mostly enchantments,I think that we might have an enchantment set but a block is a bit much.
You obviously just jumped to the last post,Urza's blocks is an enchantment block.

Both abilities go with what we know so far about what its suppose to do.
Plus it still follows how all the other guild artifacts work,haveing one ability that any guild could use and a second one that works only for the guild it comes from.

And the reason where seeing Enchant creatures(and others) getting a boost in power is because equipment nearly made them useless.Not because the next block theme might be enchantments.

Turn three: land, Ritual saccing BoP, Kokusho, swing hyppie
etc. etc.
Stop acting like your opponent isn't doing anything.I know im nit picking but you didn't say you tapped the BoP for mama before sacing it.
My turn one: Mountain Seal of Fire
My turn two: Swamp Terror your Bop sac SoF killing your Hyppie
My turn three:land play something probably stone rain whatever
We could go on and on about it,useing different colors too.
Point is the card is decent with out being overpowered,isn't too off on the color pie,and fits with the guild mentality from what we know so far.

Rack needs two artifacts to be played before you can use it.One of which could be your own.
Spree at the very least needs 1,but can hit more.
Versatility is much better than situational so Spree for me.
Or how about doing a combo of dark ritual and burnt offering some thing like

Add four mana of any combination of red and/or black to your mana pool.
I have a feeling it might be the Rakdos actually.
Radiance fit perfectly for the Boros because they did whatever they needed to do to get they job done.Which might have ended up helping out the enemy somewhat.I mean any radiance card has the possility of still helping the opponent even if you didn't want it to.Which made alot of sense in R/W.
They Rakos will possibly have something similar put pertaining to destruction.
You wouldn't need the "All creatures lose protection." part on that enchantment for a couple reasons.
1)If the damage can't be prevented,protection from (foo) won't be able to stop the damage.
2)Red and black have never been able to take away abilities.That mostly been done in white and once in blue(see also #3). I know you wanted to do that so you could target stuff with Pro red/black with terminate but theres a correct way to type it without the lose part.As in "Creatures may be the target of spells and abilities as though they didn't have protection from red or black."
3)If any guild is gonna have the "you fire arms and drugs have been confiscated" effect its going to be the Azorius.

Richmond you got that backwards reds had trample more than black.And Rakdos isn't a god.Most of the guild leaders are ancient.But just because your old doesn't make you a god.If you go by that logic Razia and Szadek are gods too,which we all know there not.

How so?Char costs 3 mana and guildmage can only copy spells that cost 2 mana or less.

Versatility is much better than situational so Spree for me.
Just becasue Azorious isn't out yet doesn't mean you cant make a W/U/R deck.You only have to have two guilds to get a three color combo.
Selesnya + Golgari = W/B/G
Golgari + Orzhov = W/B/G
Orzhov + Selesyna = W/B/G
The same can be said for W/U/R
Boros + Izzet = W/U/R
Izzet + Azorious = W/U/R
Azorious + Boros = W/U/R
People need to stop acting like a three color deck is impossible with out the third color matching guild.
