How about this? No one has mention doing a Patron of the Slivers with Sliver Offering. In fact the Patron wouldn't have to be a Sliver that way.
What do you think?
Also, on the Darksteel Sliver, I think it should be noted that they try to avoid huge mana costs (i.e. 20 or more) because of things like Erratic Explosion.
This looks like it would be a fun deck to play. I have a monowhite Samurai deck of mine own that's kind of fun to play.
I would suggest replacing your current equipment as the previous posters said. I run two or three Oathkeeper, Takeno's Daisho in my deck and they're pretty sweet. Also Tatsumasa, the Dragon's Fang was a nice suggestion since you have Godo.
You have 9 Samurai legends (with the ability to create a tenth one) in this deck, I think you should run Konda's Hatamoto; I've had good results with that guy in my deck which had fewer legends in it. Also, since you've got white in the deck, you should add four of one of the flying Samurai. It would add another dimension to your deck. I've been locked on the ground in the past with my Samurai deck in the past...and the flying has been quite handy. On the other hand, I'm suggesting that you slant the deck more white than it is, so feel free to ignore me.
I basically figured that milling was the best strategy for a Moonfolk deck. Hence, the Consuming Vortex is in there not just for the bounce, but also for splicing Dampen Thought.
What could I add (and this is Kamigawa block constructed) to this deck to beef it up a little? It can be fun....but it sure loses almost all of the time.
I've been reading the spoilers on this site for some time now (props to R_E). So I thought I'd join in the melee known as the forums.
I'm a casual player; the only tournaments that I really play in are Release Events. I started playing Magic (i.e. the game that never ends ... sorry ... Lamb Chop reference) when Unlimited was the core set. I stopped playing around Alliances because I didn't know anyone at my college that played. I resumed play with Onslaught when I found some people at work who played. I have backfilled some on the sets that I missed.
Anyway I'm looking forward to participating in the MTGS community.

Edit: also, Sliver tokens are always colorless

May you face an honorable victory.

Thanks in advance for your help.
