It still feels a bit weird to have Porcelain Legionnaire as colorless but Spellskite as blue, but as you wish
Hey willdice! Yeah, I think most people were really set on having Spellskite as a blue card, which I can understand. I think Legionnaire is definitely a colorless card, but hey, a few things that someone somewhere is gonna disagree with no matter what.
Thanks for your votes, everything looks great! Except for one thing: I actually changed the template in the "information for voters section." It will help me speed up vote counting if the names of the cards are first instead of the numbers.
(I put the new template back in the OP.)
It'd really help me out if you could adjust your post to the new template. Thanks in advance if you help make my life a little easier.

Also, everyone else: Lore Seeker and other draft-altering constructs are fine to vote on in this poll. The actual conspiracies and silver boardered cards will be voted on much later. I'll put this in the OP.
Flawless Victory! Ancestral Recall, Vampiric Tutor, Lightning Bolt, and Sol Ring all received perfect scores from voters that included them. Dissenting Opinion! Chained to the Rocks also received a perfect score, but was voted on by a plurality of voters. Sylvan Tutor received an average score of 7.00, but was only included by 37.5% of voters. Manic Depression! Bonesplitter had the greatest spread in rankings, from #2 to #9. Just Missed!Aether Vial (2.00), Careful Study (1.67), Rift Bolt (3.00), and Exploration (5.00) had enough votes to make it onto the list via plurality, but were beaten out by Trusty Machete, Vapor Snag, Gamble, and Nature's Claim respectively. Special thanks to our voters: willdice, LucidVision, Ennex, wtwlf123, Spike Rogue, calibretto, Dr. Tom, ColbyCube
Lore Seeker, Agent of Acquisitions and other cards from Conspiracy which are not actual conspiracies should be voted on in their respective cmc sections. (I.E. if you play with Lore Seeker, include him in your vote here).
Voters do not need to vote for 10 total cards for each category.
If you can't think of enough blue creatures (for example), you don't have to add more cards to your list you're not sure of.
You may choose to opt out of voting for 10 total cards for whatever reason.
Functionally identical cards do not take up multiple spots on the Top 10.
I'll accept differences between anything where it could matter. Elite Vanguard works with Champion of the Parish, Xanthrid Necromancer, etc -- so ranking Savannah Lions lower than the human 2/1 is acceptable. Elvish Mystic and Llanowar Elves, however, should be combined into one vote, as they are functionally identical.
Votes are done from a CUBE MANAGEMENT perspective.
Order cards based on their importance to your cube environment.
You may include cards that are not currently in your cube. It shouldn't make much of a difference one way or the other.
You can edit your list as many times as you like until tallies are taken.
PLEASE NOTE THE TEMPLATE HAS SLIGHTLY CHANGED. Please write the card name to the left of = # points (this speeds up compiling data by over 100%, since I'll be able to alphabetically sort cards together).
This thread will be tallied on MONDAY, Jan 19th.
You can edit or submit your list any time before Monday @ 7pm EST (UTC-5). Originally I was going to have the voting blocked up into two votes per week.
I think voting on both creatures and spells on a single thread once a week works a bit better.
I think this guy is a little better than I originally ranked him for guesswork, but I still don't know if I like him better than any of the top 5 in black.
2B for his dash cost would put him a lot closer to Rabblemaster's power level. That would have made him jump a ton of spots.
Shrine and Shelldock Isle for sure. My love for Shelldock Isle is somewhere in my post history. It does so many sweet crazy things when it goes active, and it's nuts with Upheaval.
Snuff Out > Malicious Affliction > Consuming Vapors
Hordechief > Unburial Rites vs. Utter End is a cube decision based on if you think you need more reanimator or more removal. I think they're comparable where it's just cube manager preference.
I really like Helix. It's great in every deck that actually wants those colors. Some multicolored cards are only good in one deck, but they're definitely worth it for that deck (think, I dunno - uh, Sphinx's Revelation or Geist of Saint Traft. Both of those cards are specifically crafted for control or aggro decks. If you think about it, every deck except Storm wants Lightning Helix when it's red and white. That's pretty awesome and pretty difficult to find anywhere, let alone in the multicolored section. It's also just a bonus to support spells-matter cards like Guttersnipe, Talrand, Young Pyromancer, Monastery Mentor, etc. It's a two mana instant which might as well be the absolute best casting cost you could have in Magic if you were a spell considered good in the Magic Universe. If reincarnation is real, and I come back as a Magic card, and Richard Garfield is god and he tells me I get to choose my type and casting cost, I very well might go with instant and 2 cmc.
Wave. I thought Barriicade was better than it was when I first saw it. It's actually not that special when you compare it with something like Whitemane Lion and the U/W guy that does the same thing.
I actually think I might like Silverblade Paladin a little more, though Exalted Angel is an oldie and a goodie and difficult to cut.
I like Hordechief more here. He'll serve as reach a lot like Aristocrat, and he gains you some life in the process. He also goes in Orzhov decks. I think he's a clear winner, though I've never been huge on aristocrat.
I like Malicious Affliction a lot. I just think it's so great when it's good and it's really not that difficult to cast -- it's easier than Hero's Downfall.

4- Lightning Helix vs Alesha, Who Smiles at Death ?
Probably Alesha because her effect is awesome, but I would definitely try to keep the Helix.
