Hard to choose just one card, but I think it has to be Balance. It's among the most broken cards printed and I really have to wonder if the creators really thought it was balanced. I mean, if you set it up, you get Armageddon, Wrath of God, and Mind Twist for two mana. It's just insane.

To anyone complaining it's too narrow to be a rare, that's exactly why it should be a rare. In a draft, you don't want two or three of these floating around, because they will be mostly useless. You also don't want to open 15 of these in a box. This card is a perfect example of what a rare should be.

Actually, there are a few more:
Squall Line
Void
Evacuation
Plague Wind (although that does cost an outrageous amont)

You do mean recent T2, right? Because if not, Rith, Dromar, Spiritmonger, Verdant Force, and Spirit of the Night would like to have words with you.

Why couldn't be an exact mirror image? Green and get bigger from mountains. This is because Zoo needs to run 8 kirdies.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was Green or White and got bigger off of plains/forests.

The white part didn't bother me (I'm a 'geddon player from way back), but the blue struck me as really odd. I thought of Annex, but that doesn't destroy. It doesn't bother me, but it does seem odd. Of course, this is Planar Chaos.

The Tomb is interesting. Not sure what to do with it, other than hook it up with swampwalkers in casual. I guess it makes it easier to splash black.

idiot edit: I forgot about the interactions of that land with Magus of the Coffers, Tendrils of Corruption and Consume Spirit. Wow! This really is Torment v2!
Sign me up for that! I like your categorization very much. I would prefer Merfolk to Moonfolk, but I'd accept the Moonfolk. I love Rats and want more of them. Swarmyard FTW!
Seriously, that system makes plenty of sense. I wish there was a hope in hell WotC would adopt it.

Nice find and it seems really spot on. I hope it is good enough for play. Sphinx is one of my favorite creature types that has been seriously under-utilized.
Maybe some Thieving Magpie variant with higher power?

Hmm. I'll start working on a list.

Fertile Shambler 3GG
Creature--Plant
When ~this~ goes to the graveyard, put two 3/3 Plant tokens into play.
6/6
Sort of like the symbiotic creatures, but better.

I also agree that you have to make a Husk deck or a madness deck. There is not enough synergy between the two to put them together.

Good list and I agree with the removal of bottled cloister. I'm not sure about the Factory. It's mana-intensive in a mana-hungry deck.
What's your 'board?
