If I were running 6 1CMC and 2 2CMC discard spells I would definitely be trying to curve into liliana. If you have played one discard spell you should be able to judge if you can tap out for liliana.
Another thing to consider is that combo decks prepare for longer games after sideboard by bringing in stuff like echoing truth which makes lily even better.
If you are playing competitive magic, you should know what a vast majority of cards in a given format do. I really like how japanese cards look and I have a UB faeries deck in all japanese. Why should I care that you don't know what spellstutter sprite does?
They would need some option of letting people trade in their cards for some current value price and then start reprinting. I doubt they would waste a bunch of capital on it though.
I played Disrupting Shoal in modern RUG delver and it worked in that deck. First of all it was super satisfying, but that deck was so focused on resolving one or two creatures and tempo'ing and 1 for 1'ing until victory. I think that Faeries is more capable of playing a long game and therefore is more interested in the card advantage game. Also our discard suite should catch a lot of this stuff. But if you did try it I would probably play miscreant, scions, vapor snags and just go for it!
I want to make some combo's with Inexorable Tide. So my basic idea is to get some experience counters then destroy all lands and have a huge advantage since I will be able to cast spells. I think delve, miracle, or alt casting cost cards will be pretty good in this deck to get ridiculous amounts of counters. I would assume I would start getting hated out quickly so I included a fair amount of mass bounce spells.
Can someone explain the partial Paris and Vancouver mulligans? I play constructed, what is the normal mulligan rules? Is Vancouver just the new scry rule?

I was able to semi-permamently borrow a couple of bombs: Karn, Mox Opal and Kiki. I really love the flavor of liquimetal coating so I am maximizing my artifact removal. I added into the core because I am noticing how often people make all their permaments indestructable. I cut the MLD spells since I already have Karn + Myco, and Myco + any artifact destruction. I included all the infinite mana, untaps and draws that I could find. I also added skullclamp so I also included thopter assembly. I haven't been super impressed with caged sun so I cut it, am I crazy? Anyways I am loving the deck!
