I'm pretty sure this breaks Magosi, The Waterveil.

Oh look, I skip a turn. Oh look. I take infinite turns. If you have two and one with an eon counter. You put on on the counterless one, take your turn. Next turn just use Proliferate again. Done.

You don't even need two... You skip your turn, then use the ability to put another on there, then you use it to take another turn... then you put another on and take another off... rinse and repeat.

Seems like it'd combo well with Magosi, the Waterveil. Taking extra free turns seems good to me.

Actually, if you skip one turn, it would basically turn into infinite turns if you did it right.

I just take all my foils and pack them in a regular card box together, VERY tightly and just leave them there. After a long enough time, they do flatten out.

Though I agree that we are probably overlooking doubled up cards, Mishra's Factory is not the counterpart to the STPs, the Thirst for Knowledges are. As per Captain Black's post, they also have new arts. Crusade is to Mishra's Factory as STP is to Thirst for Knowledge and Elspeth is to Tezzeret.

While that makes sense, it's not necessarily true...

In the Jace/Chandra decks the non-planeswalker new arts were two per deck.

Counterspell, Fact or Fiction, Incinerate & Seal of Fire... Only Fact or Fiction was included as a one-of.

Well, after doing what I could, I've been unsuccessful.

I have one LGS close by (not that close actually) and they don't order the FTV's. The 'big' place is actually in a mall and they sell everything above normal price, along with the FTV's being about $100.

I know this might be a long shot, but is there anyone (in the US or Canada) that can get them at MSRP and would be willing to get me one and I'd gladly pay you back for it along with shipping and some cards as a thank you for helping.

If someone can help me out, please PM me.

    White Dragon,

I see the M11 image, but the other new ones (and a lot of the old ones) are missing. Were you also going to update the PDF? Thanks!

It's a long, grueling process... I'm currently updating everything.

On the other hand if you are able to untap the leech prior to the resolution of it's ability you can tap it again to keep two lands tapped down.

So theoretically you could use it at the beginning if your untap step, then untap it that step and tap it again to lock down two lands, maybe?

Or, say I used it's ability, then on top of that used, say, Puppet Strings to untap the Leech and play the Leech's ability on TOP of that, it would work, right?

Okay, I looked up rulings and I don't know how this would work.

Mana Leech allows you to tap an opponent's land. However, it says as long as it remains tapped that that land doesn't untap. Since you could potentially untap Mana Leech during your untap step then tap it again to tap another land of that opponent's... Would that allow them to untap the first land during their untap step?

I seems to me like it might be possible to use it to tap an opponent's land each turn and keep them tapped since it remains tapped during their untap step.

What about pseudo-burn creatures like Ball Lightning or Spark Elemental? Maybe not so much Ball Lightning since it was just recently printed in M10, but Spark Elemental could be cool. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Spark Elemental used in Legacy burn decks?

Some ideas I would like to see, but not all that likely...

Ball Lightning (Original Art): I would LOVE to see that original artwork all foiled out in a new frame. SO much better than the M10 version.

Mana Flare (New Art): Never been foiled, hasn't been printed since 5th Edition. One of my all-time favorite cards.

Apocalypse (Original or New Art): Was awesome back in the day, especially in burn decks. It completely clears the board and yet another one I'd LOVE to see foiled out. (I know it's on the reserved list, but this is being released THIS year, so it's not out of the question.)

Jokulhaups (New or Ice Age Art): This is the next best thing to Apocalypse. I'd really hope to see one or the other in here.

Feldon's Cane (Original or New Art): Another card that was powerful in burn decks back in the day. Worked GREAT with Wheel of Fortune.

Stone Rain (Champions Art): Not essential in burn decks, but another that was widely used in the back in the day. I know it's been printed in foil and that it's been reprinted many times, but it would fit.

Incinerate (Jace vs Chandra Art): I added this simply because it's very likely to be included and I would KILL to see that art foiled.

Seething Song (New Art): Something that wasn't around when I played burn. I don't know how well it would work in a burn deck, but to me it seems like it would be very useful. I'd also like to see new art for it.

Now here I'll list a few pipe dreams.

Fork (New Art): With Reverberate being printed in M11, it's pretty secure it won't be included. One of the best burn (assisting) spells ever printed, especially back in the day. I would also love to see it with new are and foiled out.

Kindle (Original or New Art): This was used heavily in burn decks. The problem with it here would be it would have to be a four-of which just isn't going to happen.

Winds of Change (New Art): It would be a good replacement for Wheel of Fortune in this case, but it's just very unlikely to take up a rare spot.

    One last thought...

I would love to see Lightning Bolt printed with the original Rush artwork. I know it's been foiled for a Judge Promo but not in a new frame, or an easily accessible form.

I'm not sure if they'd put it in the deck, but it's something I'd LOVE to see... Mana Flare, since it was last printed in 5th Edition.

Except the backups to Dumervil aren't Dumervil. Dumervil is a special player that is a game-changer. He forces double teams and makes opposing offenses have to spend their time and energy dealing with him so he doesn't wreak havoc. It would be like telling the Bears that their defense was going to be fine even when Urlacher sustained that season-ending wrist injury (which to this day I'm still wondering how the **** it could have been season-ending) in week 1 against the Packers.

Dumervil is the guy for the Broncos that takes their D to the next level. You might have solid backups to take his place, but you simply cannot replace a player like him. Less pressure on the QB = more pressure on the DBs.

Keep in mind that Dumervil is pretty awful against the run, and that's one huge reason they finished the season 2-8 last year. They were the WORST rushing defense after the bye week. He'll be back for about the final four or five games of the season. The defense's key this season is to stop the run, first and foremost and that's something Dumervil has never done well.

Mark my words, the loss of Dumervil will be big for the Broncos.

It doesn't matter if your secondary has Champ Bailey and Brian Dawkins in it. Give any decent QB 5-6 seconds to get a throw off with minimal duress and they will be moving the ball. A receiver will eventually be open if a play develops long enough, even with All-World DBs covering them. The defensive line makes the linebackers and secondary good; not the other the way around.

There are able bodied pass rushers on both the line (Bannan) and behind them (Ayers & Moss) who could very well pick up enough slack. They don't have to get 17 sacks, but just enough pressure to help the secondary out.

Not saying they necessarily will, but it's not like the loss of Dumervil will cost Denver a multitude of wins. It is after all, a TEAM sport.

Merriman's back (as of this post). This division race would be more interesting if there were 3 more good teams in this division. San Diego disappoints me. They are loaded with talent but they're like the Cowboys right now. Can they take the next step? I've got nothing against them, but consider me a doubter until proven otherwise. Chiefs and Raiders aren't there yet. Denver... no offense, what has Denver been doing with their roster lately?

I dunno, Denver's offense tore up the #4 (from last season) defense without any sort of running back and two of their best offensive lineman. I know it's only preseason, but they impressed the hell outta me.

I'd still pick the Chargers to take the division, but I'll put Denver in a wild card spot. Even without Dumervil, that defense will be ferocious. The addition of Williams to the front line looks to be excellent. Bailey was a man possessed out there and looks like the same Bailey from '06. God help them if their back-ups have to play together at any time though, they couldn't tackle to save their lives.
