I like this card but I feel it lacks enablers. We have River Serpent and Stripped Riverwinder as cards that are big, don't clog your hand, and benefit from the tribal. Two tokens of those instead of one? Sure I guess that's good. I'd almost prefer Waker of Waves tokens though.
But, ultimately, I hate monarch. The game is suddenly a home-rules version of magic and it leads to some pretty crazy snowballing.
I think the snowball is a reason to run this. It lets control decks seal a win easier against midrange while being late enough that the aggro deck was probably already out.
I... dont know if this is cubeable or not... I like it as a token win con that can be played in red, white, or boros but in boros it just seems bad. It isn't going to get mutated multiple times and paying 3 mana to make a 1/1 into a 2/2 may not be great...
This... is perfect. When Shanna, Sisay's Legacy came out I wanted to build a token/enchantment pauper edh. This is exactly what I wished she was. Time to put a list together.
I really like this. If you haven't played your land for turn the turn you cast this even if you hit three lands it is still pure value. Most commander decks are 1/3-2/5 lands so I can see many Gruul decks playing this.

Because on theros enchantments matter.
