[I encountered that problem in a few matches against black. surgical extraction effect can really kill me if they thoughtsiezeand extraction when it hits the graveyard. I made a R/U version for more consistent mana, and i found that i had to leave up counter mana, and kill several turns slower, in order to have any success post board. if you have any suggestions for a U/R twin sideboard that are unexpected but still fun, i'd really appreciate it
I am relatively new to modern, but pulled a twin and a foil emrakul in a mm15 pack, and it got me thinking; the base for the polymorph deck is in Twin colors. So i cooked up a fairly budget Twin list (no snaps, cryptic commands, or remands). i had a couple Tasigur lying around, and so made a Grixis Poly-Twin deck. beyond the budget, its pretty standard, sorry, MODERN, Grixis twin. keep swinging and pinging them, with the threat to combo off as plan B (or A depending on your preference)
P.S. see what I did there,
the idea is to use the Twin combo game 1/2, then side out all your creatures and twins, and use the Polymorph combo to (hopefully) cinch a second/third game.
its pretty self explanatory.
if you lose or win game 1 without comboing off or letting them know what kind of deck you are playing, then go to game 2 as twin.
if you win game 1 by comboing off, then side out your creatures and become a Poly deck
if you lose game 1 by comboing off, first of all, HOW? Second of all, side in the Poly plan
I would really like to see this go somewhere so any and all suggestions welcome
i'm so, sorry, i'm new to the site and saw a thread on grixis delver, and saw a bunch of people posting decklists. i just assumed i could do the same.
once again, my apologies.

ideally
t1
khalni garden,
t2
island, lightning grieves
t3
land, proteus staff
t4
island, activate proteus staff targeting the token, reveal blightsteel colossus, equip with grieves, then artful dodge for the win
obviously that is the perfect set of curcumstances, but still
P.S. see what I did there,
