Id think that a snapcaster reprint would be less likely than Wiz just making a new card thats red, seeing as how much MaRo seems to wish the OG was that color.
Heres the thing. C15 is a beginner product. Commander already changes the rules and requires tracking 2 life totals instead of 1, and both are different from the usual 20. No way Wiz further complicates things by introducing a THIRD life total to track.
Judging by http://mtgsalvation.gamepedia.com/Infect, Not a single card with infect has ever made it into a core set after mirroden. THAT is the analogy you should be looking at. After all, this is a BEGINNER PRODUCT.
If you are gonna make cards based on what you want/hope to see, at least look at the card we already have. 5 mana for an exp counter, which gives a 1 mana effect.
Most of the stuff people are posting doesn't even come close to that balance.
Theres a .01% chance of infect. Its way to complex to be introduced into a BEGINNER supplemental product. Because, hate to say it, these decks arent really meant for anyone on this board, beyond the 1-2 cards that get reprinted and the new commanders. Hell, if commander damage wasnt already a thing and wizards created Commander from scratch I doubt wizards would have included it because it makes the game more complex.
We already know that the cost to get an exp counter should be about 5 mana, and only arise once per turn until very late in the game. Similarly, we know the benefit should be about 1-2 mana.
I think its much more realistic we see things like:
UR: At the end of your turn, if you control 6 or more artifacts, gain an EXP counter. At the end of each turn, you may untap X artifacts, where X is the number of EXP counters you own.
BG: If 2 or more creatures entered the battlefield from your graveyard this turn, gain an EXP Counter. At the end of your turn, you may sacrifice X creatures and destroy X target creatures, where X is the number of EXP counters you own.
