I have two favorites; one for artwork and the other for functionality/flavor text.
Dreamborn Muse is by far my favorite in terms of artwork. It doesn't have anything fancy about it, just the simplicity in design but it is still is eye catching. Still working on getting my 4th Onslaught foil and 4 10th foils.
Mizzium Transreliquat is one of the most versatile cards in the game, and also one of the more difficult for other people to pronounce. "What is it? Um...What do you want it to be?". Extremely true, as this card with Time Vault allows for unlimited turns for 3 colorless mana, or for a boatload of mana, change it to Panoptic Mirror and imprint whatever instant you want then change it to Isochron Scepter and pelt a high cost instant for 2 after that whenever you make it a stick, or, one more convoluted example, Mimic vat, kill whatever you want, then swap to soul foundry and mass produce permanent copies. I'm still working on my foil/signed collection on this as John Avon actually does signings for his cards (1 foil, 1 signed, and 1 foil/signed)

I have been testing this deck most of this past week on cockatrice with moderate success. I opted for Azorius Charms over Boros for the lifelink/top deck attacker/blocker modes in the MB, usually swapped out for Boros vs. hate. Izzet Charm has been moderately helpful, but not sure if a 1 of is really worth it. Mistblade Shinobi is passable, but I think I'd rather test Sage of Epityr instead (pairs nicely with TA). Military Intelligence has been helpful in games that I see them, and have pulled out a few wins when they went unanswered, but Ephara fulfills the 2x slot nicely. I will be testing Ninja of Deep Hours in their place next. I finally gave Pridemates a shot in this as I knew I was gonna be running a bit more aggro and at worst they're a hate magnet. Ride Down will likely find a slot in this deck, and Jeskai Ascendancy will be tested as well.

In the short testing so far, I've added a single Mindcrank to see if it's worthwhile. It does need a lot of work, but Altar took down a Scapeshift deck 2-0 (milled their Valakut g1, milled enough mountains g2 to survive and refill life). It faired moderately well vs 8 rack, going 1-2 with a poor opening hand g1 and losing my only drawn blue land and Ephara to t3 wrench mind and discarded the Trusted advisor I drew the following turn with an active Altar on board. G2 came back from the brink (down to 1 life from t2 bob that lived the whole game hitting a land on the final turn) with Purphoros and Rakdos Charm eliminating liliana, rack and bridge, Lingering souls brought them down to 5 life and norin finished lilliana during eot. g3 was lost after they dropped double affliction, but I put up a fight with altar, warden, chamber, and advisor. If the 2nd affliction had not been dropped the 2nd advisor was going to come down and refresh. I will likely be dropping spirit bonds from this list, likely for a boros charm and izzet charm in the main. Wear//Tear is also an option I'm considering.
The concept for what I grabbed for the mill was trying to pull all the quasi-Norin's and Chambers into the shell and using the 2 gods to stabilize and provide an alternate win.
I've been testing the RUW version with Military Intelligence as a 2 of (replacing Mentor) with lackluster results. Ephara, God of the Polis at 2 has been much better, though (running these in tandem atm).
I finally looked over the KoT spoiler and saw 2 cards that stood out for this deck: Ride Down and Altar of the Brood. Altar takes Norin into a whole new realm, one I will be testing once I get the patch for cockatrice. Definitely RUW, maybe even splashing B for bitterblossom and Confidant (since I do have a pair of each in my collection). I will be posting lists within the next week with some feedback.
1.In order of time stamp, oldest first:
Humility
Opalescence
Night of Soul's Betrayal
There are 2 outcomes that I can see in this, but one is what I believe would happen.
a.Opalescence (Layer 4) sets other enchantments to creatures as well
b.Humility (Layer 6) sets all creatures to no abilities
c.Humility (Layer 7b) sets all creatures p/t to 1/1
d.Opalescence (Layer 7b) sets enchantments to p/t = cmc
e.NoSB (Layer 7c) All creatures have -1/-1 (I'm thinking this doesn't happen due to being Layer 7 after layer 6, but under Humility's rulings with Opalescence I'm not sure if the ability "started" as with Humility due to later time stamp)
2.1.In order of time stamp, oldest first:
Humility
Opalescence
Enchanted Evening
There are 2 outcomes that I can see in this, but one is what I believe would happen.
a.Enchanted Evening (Layer 4)sets all permanents to enchantments as well (I think this should happen as it occurs during an earlier layer than the no abilities)
b.Opalescence (Layer 4) sets other enchantments to creatures as well
c.Humility (Layer 6) sets all creatures to no abilities
d.Humility (Layer 7b) sets all creatures p/t to 1/1
e.Opalescence (Layer 7b) sets enchantments to p/t = cmc (killing all 0cmc permanents in play as a state based check)
Primeval Titan at 8/6 from Slayer's Stronghold and Double strike from Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion is blocked by my 2/2 Voice of Resurgence and 2 6/6 Elemental tokens. Rule 702.19b covers trample to first assign lethal damage (if able) to blocking creatures. His argument was to look up double strike and wizards said I lose. I did, and it said that combat damage assigned during the first strike damage step is only applied by creatures with first and double strike (which he said trample allows him to deal it all to me). I.E. nothing that changes rule 510.1c that a blocked creature assigns its combat damage to the creature(s) blocking it in damage assignment order until a minimum of lethal damage is reached for the blockers in order.
My 15 years of experience playing this game and moderate knowledge of the rules (expanded thanks to judge apps!) tells me that I am right in saying his titan might survive (by 1 toughness if damage was assigned to lethal both the voice and an elemental token and not to both elementals) and I would take 3 damage from trample after the remaining 5/5 elemental token (again, if he assigned combat damage intelligently...).
If not, I might as well just sell off my collection now after I make a trample/first strike deck that acts like thorn elementals to sweep the next pro tour.
I do like the ingenuity of this list, and I did miss out on the Trusted Advisor. Although it is a slight toss up between him and Glitterfang. I would likely cut Venser to 2 and drop a land for 2 Purphoros for reasons stated below.
One thing I'd like to mention...the biggest reason why I believe we are running Purphoros is because we want him not to be a creature (Path to Exile is widely played), followed by the Indestructibility with the ETB effects. Firebreathing is just a bonus and a mana dump.
When I tried blue, I tried cards like Mistblade Shinobi and Sage of Epityr. For reference - an unblocked mistblade with one in hand = a blue mana dump to mass produce ETB triggers.
One of the best things about Norin is the low reliance on drawing lands (40-60% of the deck are only 1cc and with adding the 2cc drops, there's ~80% of the deck covered), and I never have seen a need for more than 21 lands, even with my normally 62 card decks.
1. Proclamation is the normal go to for this deck. However, Immortal hits the 2+ drops, so it really is a matter of utility, usability and colors. I run it in the RWB Artist version because it recurs what I need, but I may end up cutting it for something else as I've taken to Pyhrric Revival as the go to recursion for that list.
2. I don't really like Anthem effects, especially with the words Legendary Enchantment Artifact tied to them, as now it gets hit by more removal and poses no real benefit for running multiples.
3. Angel of Jubilation...anthem on wings...for 1WWW...not really worth the cost. The only major benefit is the subtext, but the cost is what seems to be prohibitive, not to mention it shuts down our Blasting Station, Plunge/Artist combo (not killing wave though!), and any Fling strategies. As I tend to run either RWG or RWB, I will not be testing it out any time soon, so maybe some others may have better input than I.

Good luck in the endeavor, but you may find it easier trying to find a way to focus on a few at most.
It's a trap. I've tried it but it never works in time to be effective. You're better off with Bitterblossom in the slot that you're using for them. I've either had the Priests and couldn't use them or had the priests when I could and they get shot down, and only a handful of times were they even worthwhile, and in those games I usually already had the upper hand.

Bitterblossom is a definite enabler and as soon as 1 sister is on board, is a free flyer each turn. I utilized some tech from my zubera deck to help with clinching games. Killing Wave and an on board, unanswered Blood Artist, is often a minimum of 5 life hit to them. If you happen to have them low enough, wave for 0 and sac your board. Plunge into Darkness can help dig out what we need without too much hassle. Immortal Servitude is some testing tech, but I may drop this in place of something else. Pyrrhic Revival should be a 1 of only. If you have a decent graveyard, this could 1-shot them for crazy amounts depending on board set-up.
I was able to get some testing vs. UB Fae (obv...) and held my ground well until getting land flooded game and having to work around 2 snares and a SSS/Mutavault. Lost to a Cryptic counter to my patrician's scorn to take down my BB.
Also got some testing vs. hatebears. If they don't answer the BB and a sister/artist, they can't keep up. Highlight of one of the matches...2 BB's and artist on board for turns, trading my tokens to fodder ping them down into wave for 3 where they miscounted and kept a creature (2 actually) and if they hadn't kept anything, they would have been hit for 10 by artist and had 3 life left and a Voice token with me spiking over 20 w/ 2 BB's online. Didn't need Torpor orb hate on G2 as i just swung in w/ 2 sisters and Bob for multiple turns, bringing in my bolts and paths from the SB taking down any blocks till they couldn't handle a wave/artist for 3.
