Hi, I have a question about a scenario that could be a potential problem for me in the future.
Let's say I have a 4/4 Kavu Predator. My opponent plays Sudden Death. Since from what I understand (which isn't anywhere near judge level), mana sources are the fastest things in the game next to conceding and removing your pants. So if I tap my Grove of the Burwillows (which I'm pretty sure tapping for mana doesn't use the stack), does the Kavu become a 5/5 and avoid death because the triggered ability came from a mana source?

Completely remade Cizzy (wasn't happy with the activated abilities) and added Vuliev. Also, in my version of the story, I'm going to have Simic practice bad medicine in secret lol, but thanks for the reminder. I'll keep the rest of his guild less cytoplastyish.

I'm just going to use this space to post some of my custom card ideas...this particular thread is for an alternate Ravnica block that takes place just predating the signing of the Guildpact.
