For those who missed it, Commander 2017 has TWO Taigam's.
I hope the people who were missing him during Tarkir block are now satisfied. Is this the first time we get two alternate versions of a character in the same set?
Total number of blue and blue/X Clerics: 23
Monoblue clerics: 14
- in Amonkhet block alone: 8
Multicolor (incl Blue) clerics: 9.
- Also black or white: all 9
All blue clerics fall in these categories:
- part of Amonkhet, a statistical anomaly and a result of a multicolored religious sect
- black/white clerics, with a splash of blue (like Sphinx' Revelation isn't blue lifegain)
- old cards that were Clerics somehow
- a single card in a set somewhere, again as a worshiper
Esper clerics could be, but blue would really play a small part.
There's just too much wrong with this card. The name of the set is never the name of a card in the set.
The art is the only art we have as individual art from the set (so the only one to make a fake from).
The art doesn't match up with the ability.
The flavor text contradicts the whole flavor set up of the block.
etc etc.
Verdict: fake.
And yes, I totally accept those 5c Dragon cards as being real.
- anything with -saur in the name, from Imperiosaur to Brooding Saurian
- printed Dinosaurs which lost the type, such as Pygmy Allosaurus
- anything that's a subtype of known dinosaur breeds, such as Shivan Raptor
Cats seem to rush early on, Dragons are more aggro in the mid-late game. But all aggro can eventually be stopped by control.
Wizards might even trump Vampires, because while Vampires tries to drag on the game, Wizards is totally fine with a late game (and card draw).

The names of these cards were already predicted on Keeper of the Lens and Shambling Attendants

Sun Droplet likes this card too.
Love the cycle though, time to bring some color to the desert. It also seems to setup a future "world outside the Hekma".
But not for the white one
I guess that's why Lilly feasted.
By the way, if Neheb became an Eternal and Samut became a planeswalker, and the 5 gods are dead, what happens to Temmet and Hapatra?
Either you need to make the opponent lose 2 more life before the ability triggers, or you spend an additional 2 (on the Assault) to start the loop.
But once you activate Assault (and the Minotaur is still around), you have infinite attacks and infinite red mana.

EDIT: also, where's the source?
