I'm a huge Survival of the Fittest fan, of course there is the problem that its band, but **** I want to play it.
So i had the idea of a legacy legal Survival deck except of the one banned card.

But there's a problem, these lists are now 5 years old and the Cardpool and Meta changed a lot. So here's the thing can you guys help me building up a modern decklist with all the new cards and possible plays?
I think the best colors to play are Blue and Green, maybe with a white splash.
Every Legacy legal card is allowed, I have no money limit, so lets go

For the Ramp is the question between Noble Hierarch and Deathrite Shaman.
And of course with blue I think the best Choices are Brainstorm, Daze and Force of Will
