    Kized, the Chaoswaker - 1RR
    Planeswalker - Kized
    {As you cast Kized, roll a six-sided die. Kized enters the battlefield with loyalty counters equal to the die's result.}
+1 - You may discard a card, then draw a card. Then, you may remove two loyalty counters from Kized. If you do, repeat this process.
0 - Destroy target creature, artifact or planeswalker whose converted mana cost equals the number of loyalty counters on Kized. If a permanent is destroyed that way, roll a six-sided die, then Kized's loyalty counters become equal to the die's result.

-5 - Choose target creature you control and target creature an opponent controls. If your opponent's creature has a higher toughness than your creature, place X +1/+1 counters on your creature, where X is the difference.

So... -1/-1 counters theme in Amonkhet or for Planeswalker decks only?

They don't use +1/+1 and -1/- counters in the same block so safe to say its a theme. Could mean persist or something similar is back.

It is very likely that it is a theme, yes, but MaRo stated that they will never mix +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters, but that only applies on Limited environments. Considering these won't be part of a Limited environent, Amonkhet could still be a +1/+1 block.

I'm definitely on the -1/-1 hype train though.

Yeah, they are clearly meant to represent the five colors and clearly five gods. With my (somewhat limited) knowledge of Egyptian mythology, here are my guesses?

First:W - Bastet, Goddess of Cats. Cats have always been associated with W and Bastet was sometimes the goddess of the sun and protection. Quite a easy W shoehorn, though one wonders why not good ol' Ra.
Second:U - Thoth, God of Knowledge. He was always associated with the ibis and is the god of writing and books. Flying dude that loves knowledge and books? Easiest U shoehorn ever.
Third:R - Quite a hard one. The most well-known Croc God is Sobek, God of the Nile. A destructive god, would fit well in R's philosophy. However, I don't think they would use poor ol' Sobek as a R god instead of the Top Dawg Set, God of Warriors, Desert and Chaos. Would be a huge missed opportunity as Set is very well-known and the easiest R God shoehorn in the history of ever. Maybe it's a mixed god, kinda like Heliod was Zeus + Helios?
Fourth:B - Anubis, God of Judgment, sometimes known as God of the Dead even though that role was more usually attributed to Osiris. Of course, this one is female, so either he's gender-swapped or mixed with Nephthys, Goddess of Death (not of those that are already Dead, but the ones Dying - yeah, it's different, because Egyptians were weird). Either way, it's 90% likely it is the B one. I mean, Egyptian mythology without the most well-known god Anubis? Inconceivable.
Fifth:G - Geb, God of Earth, oftentimes pictured as a serpent. Geb was actually more akin to a primordial deity, and father of Osiris and Set, but otherwise he fits the image of G god to a tee.

If it's really universal solvent, how can it be contained in whatever she's using? Flavor fail Wizards, should call it Almost-Universal Solvent.

Considering it costs 7 mana just to open the damn thing, I'd say the container is pretty strong.

So wait a sec. Revolt does triggers in Tokens dying, correct? So that means that, at the very worst, you get an endless stream of chump blockers and/or "1: Scry 1 OPT". Best case scenario, it's a Revolt trigger and a scry each turn for 1, as well as countless ETB/Dies triggers for Artifacts... in an Artifact block.

Yeah, amazing Revolt enabler and amazing card in general. Wouldn't be surprised to see this in Standard.

Not quite. Revolt only works during your end step. If you chump block, it's clearly the opponents turn, so the dying 1/1 will not create a new one during the end step.

Aw dang. I missed the "your end step". Still pretty good, but not amazing as I thought.

Casual / EDH only card. This card has a snowball chance in hell of seeing play while being a do-nothing five-drop that doesn't affects the board at all.

This card would be good if it was "number of Unity Counters plus one", so it would actually be a underwhelming Glorious Anthem once it drops and an underwhelming Dictate of Heliod on the first trigger. As-is, this card is literally nothing when it drops.

Could be cute in Weenie Commander decks though.

Very nice. Almost always better than Iroas's Champion, and that gal did some work for me. Constructed? I doubt it, unless I'm severely underestimating the Revolt deck.

As for the flavor text, my rough, not-native-Spanish translation goes: "I can't wait sitting in my workshop and ignoring what's happening outside. My hammers shall strike for the people of Ghirapur".

Man, why does Red always get the short end of the stick in these kinds of cycles? At first I thought it said "target creature or player", but nope. It's just the world's most underwhelming Lava Axe variant in all the goddamn world. With that said you get all the cool points if you actually manage to kill someone with that. Even the White one's lifegain seems more valuable, because it buys you time to use your new stuff.

Well, aside from maybe the Black and Blue one, they seem all bad, with the Red one being in a whole other level of badness. With recursion, the B and U ones can do some damage, and the Blue one can be fetched with Trophy Mage (but why would you do that? Even in Limited man, whyyyy?).

Man, I just wish Yahenni wasn't such a nonbo with Yahenni's Expertise. You either cast Yahenni first and let them die to their own Expertise or you cast the Expertise first and now there's a board full of nothing for Yahenni to grow on and/or sacrifice.

That aside, me likey. Great sac outlet and very nice aggro card, even though it's a shame that it's a somewhat underwhelming Commander (unless someone can prove me wrong). Definitely not what I expected, but that "darling" in the flavor text just makes me giddy inside. Smile
