Chris told Cythare that the reason he was voting him was to garner a reaction - before Cythare reacted to it. He was giving Cythare the opportunity to react in a different way than he initially would. Then, he barns Cythare's replacement and unvotes them to vote me. I still dislike how he's posted a lot of intentionally vague posts. I also dislike how he said his gift (the ability to ask somebody a question) did not require them to answer truthfully, but he completely believed Puddles about his answer being "yes" to his question, which was "are you town?" The only reason he should feel secure about that is if he already knows Puddles' allignment and was merely using this as an opportunity to appear as if he didn't.
Besides, I'm a vegan. Not only do I not kill animals, but I don't consume products made of their breast milk, ovum, vomit, or otherwise. The most violent thing I've ever done is cut the synthetic-non-woolen yarn I knit with.
My efforts may not look like yours, but they sure as hecka aren't mafia efforts trying to appear town.
@Chris
Please respond to the point I made in 441.
My "poking around" <--- cough potshotmuch? cough is my attempt to find scum. My vote on Zionite is stronger than anything you've done so far in the game so. K.
Also
@Chris you literally said you were voting Cythare because you believed he was scum and like just completely ignored any comment I ever made about jt except for the one you used just now to justify a vote on me. Coincidence? Yeah, sure. Boo.
@not-Cythare literally all of those posts were me trying to solve the game so .....k
What's great about this forum is that most of the players are only in one game at a time. Which makes this easy. So here's a fun thing before I explain.
idk because of the vote thing
Huntzilla
Chris - also because of the Cythare thing
@Mod: Vote count? <3
Tell me how that sequence of posts could possibly come from town trying to solve the game? Special emphasis on having Snurfy as a scumread but doesn't do anything with that read. Also complete and deliberate lack of content in post 408 and 431.
Except for when I did do something sith my Snurfy read? Like when I voted him? Like I think more than once?
K.
<By "k" I mean "**** you">
@Chris
By admitting you were just trying to prod them before they reacted, you completely made your point illegitimate. If somebody knows you're just trying to prod them, they're not going to react sinscerely.
*she/she's/her/hers/thank you <3 I understand most people do not identify with female pronouns on this site, but I do, and like I'm totally understanding if you forget.. it's okay, really, I'm just throwing this out there as an FYI sort of thing. ._.
Basically, by asking "Who else wants to vote Cythare?" I was hoping to accomplish the same thing that simply placing a vote on Cythare would (i.e. elicit scum reactions) without having to vote Cythare because I personally don't feel I have any reason to suspect him.
The purpose of my Cythare question was to gage a reaction from the rest of the players. Nobody responded except for you, unfortunately. :/
Yeah, but why ask us how we feel about it instead of just voting him? It seems insincere, like you don't actually think he's scum, but want to see how viable a wagon on him would be.
Oh.... True. I totally see what you mean. That was a good catch, man. I honestly wasn't thinking it would come across that way, but it definitely could/does. I didn't vote Cythare because I don't think he's scum... But on second thought, I should have just voted him to see who else jumped on. But... That's what I was trying to get at with my question of who wanted to. Like I was hoping to get a reaction from somebody saying something flimsy, for example, "I'd vote him.
Not sure. Wanna see what other people are doing" or.. Something like that. I will keep this in mind.
@Killjoy Oh, right. I think we already addressed this, maybe not.
Also, if it was you who made the point about Seppel's flippancy seeming forced here, I agree with you. I agree with your assessment.
Um, in that quote I think I was mistaking and/or misremembering everybody who wasn't skeptical of TCM as therefore being in favor of him. Which is not the same thing. But I probably had that mindset when I typed that.
Except I wasn't, so.
Yeah this
It was really gross
gagging

Unvote. Vote Sir Chris

Flame warning —Rax
Like the excellent reasons you had/have for voting Cythare?
@TCM: stop trying to make "fetch" happen. It isn't going to happen.
Me: Am I already voting for Zionite? *checks* Oh, good. I am.
everybody else should be as well.
