Hello. It's nice to see that people are starting to notice this deck, even if their deck conceptions are totaly different. I'm at the moment playing Hand in Hand featuring tons of discard, but if I were to play with the cultists I would probably brew up something like this:
3 Frenzied Goblin
4 Plagued Rusalka

3 Rakdos Guildmage

3 Rakdos Augermage
3 Lyzolda, the Blood Witch

Plagued Rusalka - kills lots of guys in some bw aggro decks, could be good in the mirror, fits in the curve and is good for combat tricks.
Frenzied Goblin - not to say that he's great but having him around helps a lot.
Jin + Distress - lots of burn isn't everything there is to Magic. Targeted Discard is also cool, not to mention useful against various control decks.
Umezawa's Jitte - simply to good to pass up completely. If you do, the other guy shure won't and then you're toast.
No thoughts on SB yet.
This list hasn't been tested yet but I imagine that it prove to be good enough.
