Well, Savage Ventmaw is all good for Standard play, but what about EDH combo? Or legacy combo?
Savage Ventmaw + Aggravated Assault = Infinite Damage. In a legacy deck that'd be a be a bit tricky to set up... I think I'd go with R/G ramp into it, use elves to hit it on turn 3 or 4 and give it haste.
In EDH... Just run red and green, and put those two cards in.
