Okay so Nicol bolas one of the big threats in mtg. However I heard that he was afraid of the phyrexians and so sent tezzeret to go and stop the five tribes from uniting. Who could blame him I mean yawgmoth was a powerful character himself and the phyrexians themselves invaded then sorta died then came back to take back.
Okay so he's scared but that also explains a lot. So what are the biggest threats in the mtg universe well the eldrazi and the phyrexians. Nicol bolas is scared of phyrexians and needs to find a way to stop them since he knows tezzeret won't hold. Now go to tarkir he goes finds rumors if ancient powerful beings and the only one who knew of them the most was ugin. And learns about the eldrazi.
Now we're on zendikar and Nicol bolas makes the whole thing happen and the eldrazi rize. His plan was to get the eldrazi to new phyrexia and to two of the biggest threats clash. The phyrexians are strong that they make Nicol afraid but now he's released the eldrazi gods and they far surpass phyrexian power since mana flows through almost everything and the eldrazi eat mana makes it pretty safe to say that they were suppose kill the phyrexians for good.
Now you could say well why don't Nicol just control the eldrazi to go to new phyrexia. Well its because the eldrazi have no mind and that they far surpass Nicol bolas's power since they lived before mana.
In this who do you think is the most important/strongest character in mtg. Ranging from a Planeswalker, maybe race, or legendary creature in magic and how they impact or could impact mtg multiverse. Also to note is that this is manly based on lore terms and not card terms cause if it were cards it could be anything. To me the most powerful and important character would be Ob Nixilis because for at the time when nahiri put the Hebron on his head and lost most of his powers he spent a whole lot of time studying the hedrons. For now he and maybe nahiri now how the hedrons work and there powers. And I think from what I heard the hedrons could be the only weapon that could kill the eldrazi for good. With nahiri gone the only person that could destroy the eldrazi is Ob Nixilis. Wait a minute if he could kill the eldrazi gods .... oh no that means he could destroy even more things and be the most powerful being in magic history
Two of the possibly best know races of magic history, Merfolk the powerful wizards with devastating spells versus the very versatile and can get get out of control slivers. The Merfolks main colors are white and blue from what I've seen while slivers are all colors. In card terms you might think slivers would win but they have two crucial flaws. Number one they will have a hard time getting the mana they need. Number two if you think mana weft or gem hide will help you well the merfols could just counter it so yeah. So enough talking about Merfolk advantages, let's talk slivers. Well what can I say about well that they are very versatile because it can be a token generating deck, agro deck, and possibly be a control deck if done right and they have almost every ability and are one of the oldest mtg races. Seeing both can both be a token deck *cough*talarad*cough* and have there advantages and disadvantages who do you think would win.

Seeing that I'm getting back to zendikar I was wondering what could rival the eldrazi. Then I reliesed that I did not have to be in a MTG universe but in a whole other universe. So I went to World of Warcraft and went to the old gods cause sargerus would crush the eldrazi. Anyway any one who plays WOW and know its stories would know about the old gods. To those who don't know old gods are about the same thing as the eldrazi but enjoy chaos and are thought the university and there are many of them. So who would win destroyers of planes vs well the chaos bringers.

The eldrazi is all about conquering and taking and feeding off of mana like the phyrexians they have caused major havoc and they were introduced in the zendikar block. Who would win the injectors or the destroyers but to me the phyrexians would win. My reason they can corrupt almost any thing even machines. So who do you think would win phyrexians or eldrazi the ones that can destroy plains while the other can conquer plains.
Emrakul one of the strongest cards and the strongest eldrazi out of the trio who is capable to destroy whole plains (or was it sorin w destroyed Zendikar). Versing him is nicol bolas a dragon with the powers of ancients and a very strong planeswalker which can manipulate others and he tried to rule a plains (shards of alara) just for the mana. So who would win a being of god like powers vs a planes walker of tremendous power who wins.
Ok so this starts as a argument between me and my brother. It starts with us playing magic blah blah blah then I mention karn and his abilities and he believes Garruk apex predator is better. I stand for karn he stands for Garruk so yeah and so I want to see who is better in other people's opinion. Karn a artifact planeswalker who's final ability is to restart the game better at edh or a 1v1. Garruk apex predator is also a good card but better in a multiplayer game since his final ability can make you allies. Also note this is manly based on the cards not the lore just to mention that.
As for me I wondered which guild was the best and for me it's a three way tie between rakdos, golgari, and orshov. Now that it came to mind (and someone probably beat me to this) you can chose your favorite guild and vote for it. It can be through the firery mines of the izzet or the dark gates of rakdos, the very secretive dimir or the money grabbing orshov the choice is yours.
Also if someone could post in the comments (most likely there is not) who rules over ravnica now and if anyone finished the dragons maze and rules over ravnica. Be sure to type who you think or is the ruler of ravnica if you want.
